Awesome PPV, but to be honest, Lord Tensai could beat Cena, but Brock couldn't get the job done. Somethings very wrong here!

I thought for a a "thrown together" PPV, it wasn't bad. However, there were some things that bothered me: 1) divas match- why bother? It was nothing different from a regular TV match (in that it sucked), and if it's not going to be special, why put it on the PPV? ? It was supposed to be the return of Kharma, but the WWE pulled her off the show at the last minute because news of it had leaked out. Thus once again a story with a 12 month build was flushed down the shitter.

So can we say Miz is done now? This guy will never get a WWE title run ever again, he'll never sniff the main event again.
As for Brock Lesnar losing. Its stupid. but Brock is a one of a kind UFC champion and WWE champion, you will never have a character like this come along in a million years, a loss is devastating to his aura and character. Do you think Lesnar VS Rock, VS Undertaker, VS Austin is going to draw as much now? No, its not.

EXACTLY! Lesnar loses so much momentum at this point, if they wanting to do the John Cena retribution story angle they could've done with anyone except for Brock Lesnar....why should it be at the expense of such a hot commodity?!
What a shame. 2001 WWE messed up the Invasion angle, 2003 WWE messed up signing Goldberg and now in 2012 WWE messes up the return of Brock Lesnar.
I'll be sticking around to see how they can hopefully bounce back from this, but damn am I disappointed in them.

K-Fed and Lord Tensai beat Cena but Brock didn't.
This is an outrage, guys!

the problem with wrestling is the internet fans, they watch wrestling like they consume no other form of entertainment, they dont sit there as the viewer and try and take it in as entertainment, they try and take it in as if they are a promoter/booker.
this is the problem, undeniably last night was so entertaining, yet im being told its all bad cos it didnt end the right way even though for entertainment sake it did end the right way, but they thought it was bad and terrible because it doesnt develop something 4 or 5 months down the line.
its so bizarre.

Just cause people don't like the finish, doesn't mean they hated the PPV. Complaining about a finish doesn't mean that I or anyone else, hated the PPV.

First of all, you are a wrestling fan and clearly you're using the internet, so apparently you are part of the problem. Second of all, as someone who hated the booking decision of the main event, it's because we all WANT the product to be captivating and interesting. I don't care if the WWE sells lots of PPVs or merch, I care that it puts on a product that I want to watch. and I am way less interested in seeing future Brock Lesnar matches. It seemed simple that you book Lesnar super strong with the intrigue (and $$$) being to see if anyone can basically save the WWE from this unstoppable asshole who is running through everyone. All the top stars try to knock him down - Cena, Punk, Orton, Trips, whoever - until someone finally takes Lesnar down and "saves the day". Imagine if Goldberg had lost his first US Title match to, say, Raven, and then gone on to do everything else he did. Suddenly him beating Hulk Hogan for the WCW belt would have been less intriguing, right?

At a family birthday party Sunday night. Thing is, none of my nieces or my nephew (all 9 years or younger) barely know, and don't care, who John Cena is. Nobody was going to agree with me to order the PPV. They're all into the Avengers. So much for the legend of Cena owning the under-10 demographic. So I think a lot of 'internet' wrestling fans should get over themselves. Brock Lesnar is a dick, and as someone with a lot of gay friends, I'm glad he'll probably go away for a while (he's an aggressive musclebound dick who hates gay men for Christ's sake!). WWE is a machine that will rebound no matter who they diminish. Cena may be stale and rely too much on poop jokes and mildly-gay-bashing humour, but I'm positive he has a better heart.

The Rock has made far more comments which can be construed as homophobic than Brock, as has Cena.
In regards to him being a dick, a lot of people are dicks. CM Punk is a dick who hurls homophobic slurs (and apologizes after TMZ calls him out) but people seem to love him.

Solid show last night. I didn't watch it on Pay Per View but I heard it was a great show. 9 out of 10. Punk-Jericho was a 5 Star Classic.

punk vs jericho was an awesome battle. were jericho and punk a little bit smiling after that elbow drop to the (as always spanish) announcers table? both did great.
bryan vs sheamus worked an excellent wrestling match. liked it very much. stole the show for technical wrestling.
honestly cena vs lesnar was much better than i expected. these 2 guys worked a brilliant mma/wrestling combination. blood was really effective. the angle with cenas hurt arm was planned i guess. will be good for his character if he stays out of business for a while. vince got his revenge for lesnar leaving wwe back then.
liked the tables match. big shows reaction was acted brilliantly after he "went through the table".
goldberg chants during ryback match?
orton vs kane solid brawl through the arena.
sry for ziggler that he had to lay down again for the funkasaurus.

It's been a night. I still haven't come to terms with the booking decision to put Cena over Lesnar.
Other than that booking decision a great PPV. It was better than Wrestlemania.
