If they want to have a year long, mega money build up towards next year's WrestleMania at AT&T Stadium, then you build towards The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar at next year's show. How do you pull that off you ask?
Have Brock annihilate Roman Reigns after a fairly competitive match and continue beating him down post match. Cue The Rock's music, he hits the ring, lays out Brock Lesnar with a Rock Bottom.
Enter your Money in the Bank winner, Seth Rollins as he cashes in on a prone Brock Lesnar. Your new opportunist and chickenshit heel, and more importantly, new WWE Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins.
This gives you a match for SummerSlam this year, make it a Triple Threat that could rival the Cena-Brock-Rollins match from the Rumble and have Rollins defend the strap against Brock and Roman Reigns. You can go in a couple of different directions out of this. Seth and Roman can have a lengthy feud, Brock can regain the title and defend it against The Rock at WrestleMania.
Whichever way you decide to go from there, it presents a more attractive and lengthy (and sensible) storyline and build towards the biggest show of the year. Something the WWE failed to achieve this past year.

I think Brock vs Taker could be a great draw, built around Taker getting his win back.
Granted, that assumes he wins this year and will make some appearances in the lead up... as its hard to build something around two guys who never there (but if anyone could do it, its Heyman).
Brock vs Rock would be a good draw though... and I'm not sure who else you'd pair with Rock. Cena has been done to death, and you want name value or you're wasting his value... though maybe depending on the next few month maybe Reigns will catch fire like Vince so desperately wants. An elevated Reigns vs Rocks has some interesting built in narratives, could even play off what happened at the Rumble

I hate all scenarios where part timers main event WrestleMania. How do u think guys like Kofi and Dolph feel. They can't even even get a 1 on 1 match at WM. Like ever.

I don't know how they feel (probably do) but they better keep it a secret or risk getting sandbagged even further. Welcome to WWE.

That's great, but these big event shows are booked to generate money and eyeballs. Maybe some day Dolph will have his day in the sun, but these part timers draw more money, more viewers, more hype, etc. They're appealing because they are a special attraction. Kofi and Dolph aren't at that level. Kofi will be a mid-carder for life, Dolph can and should be in the main event picture at some point though.

I could envision Dolph with a legitimate shot at the main event. Kofi has been given several opportunities with the IC/US Titles. He never quite kept up to his program with Randy Orton years ago.

Don't know about that. Dolph has that Daniel Bryan vibe. By the time he finally gets pushed fans will probably not care and just go by the motions because that's what WWE wants us to do. Too late I guess. Again, these guys fighting over the fucking IC title is ridiculous. I know the storyline is that they're trying to bring the title its glory back but, if you watch it objectively, it's the batch that should have main evented this WM being given "something to do" to pop the crowd.

I have to disagree on the likes of Dolph or Ambrose maineventing against a star the magnitude of Brock Lesnar. Dolph in previous eras would most likely be in the Brad Armstrong/Lance Storm slightly above travelling jobber position who would be used to get guys over and help the REAL stars make their way up the card. He is someone you put out there to have a good match and get the crowd into the show, but let's be completely honest, has anyone ever bought their ticket because Dolph Ziggler was on the card?

People buy tickets because it's WWE. Period.

So Bryan isn't a draw? And WWE is good on pushing guys they want because they are the draw and not the performers? Good to know.

Wrestlemania drinking games?
*Every time an announcer says it's "The Showcase of the immortals"
*Every time in the IC Title match someone touches the belt without pulling it down
*Every time someone gives HHH and the WWF credit for putting WCW out of business
*Every time an American sign/flag is shown on screen during the Rusev/Cena match
*Every time you see a Wai Ting sign

WWE has to sell 100,000 tickets in Dallas. How the hell do they do that with Dolph or Kofi anywhere near the top? I'm thinking we'll see Taker/Rock/Austin and anyone else who returns their call.

Some fantasy booking... - Brock retains, cleanly. He goes on to hold for atleast another year, and continues down the path of a 1980's Mike Tyson, larger than life, special attraction persona.
- Daniel Bryan win the IC title in the ladder match. As everybody has discussed, if Brock retains and stays part-time, it means the secondary titles need to be elevated. Bryan wins, and continues on with feuds with Ziggler, and Ambrose.
- Rusev over Cena. I don't know if that will happen, but my fantasy booking would have Rusev win, and then issue an open challenge on Raw the night after. Reigns comes out, and runs through Rusev. Gets back ALL of his heat from the loss to Brock the night before, and you launch him as the US Champ, and much like Bryan, rehabbing that secondary title.
- Sting vs. HHH... Logically, I can't see anywhere other than Sting makes any sense. Sting goes over, and maybe they set-up Taker/Sting at Mania for 32, the next night.
- Taker vs Bray. At first I was of the mind that Taker needed to win. Now I am thinking a loss to Bray, set's up the nice "aging gunslinger" story, heading into Texas at 32, and maybe his final match.
- Ortons vs Rollins - Unless Rollins is cashing in soon, he should go over. Otherwise, if Orton wins, we need to see a Rollins cash-in attempt later that night, or the next night, and maybe lose.
