Aside from the LAW stuff and Colt's podcast what other ones do folks listen too?
I gave Vince Russo's a shot listened and after listening to him rant for 20 minutes about how hypocritical KISS was fore "shilling and making only money" I lost respect for him when he pitched HIS "VIP section" to listen to 1 1/2 hours of more interesting talk with Ed Ferrara, someone should not cast rocks when they live in a glass house.
I've listened to Stone cold's and JR's but frankly if I have to hear about how men don't change underwear except every 7 years for 20 minutes, and JR's pitch 5 different things for 20 minutes of the show before we get to the good stuff I really don't want to hear it.
I don't mind Colt's Art of Wrestling, he does a few pitches then gets to the interview, that's good. Same can be said for LAW they do very few pitches to anoy me. I hear MLW's stuff once in a while as well but not all interested me.
Anything folks can recommend? I'm looking for interviews and intelligent commentary on wrestling.
Any input appreciated.

I like Stone Colds when he's interviewing somebody interesting. Same with Jericho.
I didn't like Jim Cornette. Mlw I will listen sometimes. It's okay.
For a great non wrestling podcast, I love Dan Carlins hardcore history.

Joe Rogan's is great, really funny and interesting. OSW Review obviously and the Attitude Era podcast.

The John Layfield and Michael Cole podcast is very good and very rarely do they talk about wrestling. The only other non wrestling ones I listen to are local sports radio shows.
As for wrestling ones. I pretty much stick to the law and most of the podcast one crew depending on the guest. Jericho just had a great 2-parter with triple h

Ross, Austin and Jericho are the ones for me. Jericho and Austin for the interviews that they get, and JR for the interviews and his opinions on the current WWE product, ROH, etc.

The only ones I listen to aside from the LAW family of podcasts, are the ones Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez put out.
The wrestler ones (like Colt & Stone Cold's) usually have way too many commercials.
And others like those from PWTorch often have sub-par audio quality that gives me a headache.

John and Wei. I've ever stopped listening to the LAW. Anything else just seems like I have too much time on my hands.

The Law (All programs) Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling The Podcast One gang: Stonecold, Jim Ross, Jericho, Piper (Haven't gotten into Goldberg's yet.) Wrestling Observer freebie podcasts Pro Wrestling Torch freebie podcasts MLW
I don't have an issue with any advertisements. I understand they need to earn income for these free podcasts. If they're not earning any money, what would be their motivation for continuing with regular podcasts? I haven't personally bought anything, but I understand their need. You can always skip ahead a few seconds of the podcast anyway.

I don't mind some "words from our sponsors" but you don't pause the interview to do them, that just bugs the hell out of me, I also think Stone Cold and JR are going overboard with it when they do 20 minutes or interview and plug for 20 minutes, and especially JR sounds like he's bored solid about having to push the products. I had to stop listening to JR and Stone Cold, got on my nerves too much. I will give Jericho a try specially since he has some current talent which is always interesting. As for Colt, I don't htink he does too much advertising, he pluds at begining and end, and I can live with that.

I follow the LAW, MLW, and F4W's podcasts the most closely. I listen to everything the LAW puts out other than the actual weekly radio show (I actually like Agnew quite a bit on whats NXT but he's literally unbearable on that show.) but Review a Raw, Review a Wai, Review an Impact, and whats NXT are like pillars of my weekly podcasting. the F4W/Wrestling observer ones that are great are the Bryan & Vinny show. I actually went back into the archives and listened to every episode they've done. They used to be a lot funnier but still pretty good. AS far as pure wrestling news goes Dave Meltzer is unmatched for quality & content. THey also have a bi-weekly show with Lance Storm, a weekly show with Todd Martin that's typically entertaining. Every couple months or so two they do like a 4 hour show called Sin Limite where Meltzer just runs down all the wrestling news around the world then answers like 200 mailbag questions. It's probably my favourite shows they put out. Then the MLW family do a bunch of content. for $15 a year you get quite a bit of content. Disco Inferno is a fixture on the show and though I don't agree with him often I think he at least intelligently gets his points across as opposed to a guy like Russo. Court is always insightful and good on the shows he does (often the weekly one & the king and the fish), and Konnan is fucking hilarious as well as MSL. Probably the funniest overall shows of the three. Though I find Cornette pretty outdated and unaware of whats actually going on, and his cohost Alice Radley is a real bitch. Outside of those three family of podcasts there are all the podcast 1 ones being offered that most people have checked out. I Do think MOST of Austins podcasts are very good, thogh often they drag on needlessly and the sponsor plugs in the middle really do take a lot away from it. I feel same with the Art of Wrestling, they are mostly good but depending on the guest they can be flops. I can't even get into Ross's theres just so much preamble and plugs and the format is the exact same as Austins with a less entertaining host. I gave Jerichos a shot too and found it pretty unbearable to be honest. I simply don't find the guy funny and his constant insertion of his humor before they even got to the guest was grating. I haven't listened to Goldbergs or Pipers but I Don't really care for either of those guys individually so I feel like they'd suck. Outside of all of that I Dont know many worth checking out. I implore you all to give my podcast a listen if you're looking for more content to fill up the ipod, it's all about covering interesting or relevant shows around the world that don't really get much press or talked about as much as raw. they're at www.welldonewrestling.libsyn.com . I haven't listened to many other fan casts but I wouldn't mind getting to know a few more if any of you do shows.

Not only wrestling themed ones. The same advertisements also appear on podcasts of Adam Carolla and Jay Mohr.

Been working on this for about the past two years. Up to end of July 2013 right now.

I liked the Bite TV show when that was around even though all they talked about was getting drunk. Mostly, I just listen to whatever shows Meltzer is on.

I miss Bite Radio too. Needs to make a comeback.
and the podcastone shows I can't listen to at work any more. too many commericals. I only listen to them at home now so I can easily fast forward through the commericals. Between commericals, plugging sponsors, and Ross talking about his podcast being number one and it's all because of the fans, I can cut a 1:40 Ross Report down to about 1:15.
