Ok what's everybody's take on Season 2's finale?
* I thought that they missed a trick not having Pentagon not win the Championship especially with the vignette at the beginning and the promo. I suppose it's to set up the feud with Vampiro for season 3 however it feels that we already saw that in Season 1. I also thought the blood licking was disgusting.
* Didn't really see the point with the Black Lotus VS Dragon Azteca Jr match as it didn't seem to lead anywhere.
* I am completely fed up with the cringe worthy reactions from some fans. It looks soooo fake.
* They should have ended the show with the Police raiding The Temple instead of just seeing Dario Cueto in a Police Van.
* I also wanted to see The Mayor but I'm guessing that's for Season 3.
Even though it looks like I'm being negative, Lucha Underground was the 1 Wrestling show I looked forward to each week.

Rey vs Puma was the only thing worth watching imo.
Also, anyone claiming they want PED tests should admit they don't, if they never bring it up for this company.

I loved lucha underground but ultima lucha dos was underwhelming. Highlight of season 2 for me was the No Mas match

I didn't like it as much as the first Ultima Lucha either, but I am interested to see Sexy Star with the GOTG title. I would like to see her win the title, actually, but she probably shouldn't be the one to defeat Matanza. Cueto. (No spoilers please!)
I thought Rey Mysterio vs Prince Puma was MOTN, and I am also interested to see what happens to Pentagon Dark. I still think he's not ready to be a main eventer, but boy is he on his way!
And yes, totally agree with the No Mas match! It's currently my MOTY.

I think it's pretty safe to say that Lucha Underground went through a Sophomore Slump. The second season was not nearly as good as the first season IMO. Too much Sexy Star. Still though, Lucha Underground is probably my favorite weekly show.
