Mouth has to pull those ads because of Trademark infringement?
It's one thing to do an impression of macho man but then use his name as well!?
Hey, more power to ya. Did anyone else pick up on this?

I'm no expert on Canadian trademark law, but here (in the US), parody is protected from copyright infringement, and Its pretty obvious those commercials are parody.

Call me stupid but if macho man wasn't dead I would've been 50/50 on if that was actually him. That impression was spot on. What about casual people hearing that? They wouldn't know the difference.
The problem I see is that it appears that macho man is endorsing a company (the bar he talks about) and through using his association, the company is potentially profiting.
I'm not the fun police, Im sure know malice is intended. I just like business stuff and thought I'd point it out.
