Good for him; I'm glad he seems to be enjoying himself. I also watched the SDCC videos. He appears to be in good spirits and those dark "lack of sleep" circles are disappearing from his eyes.
If he chooses to return, then I fully welcome him. If he chooses to remain retired, then I simply thank CM Punk for everything he's done in wrestling.

Very good show. How come he never told the "mile 18" story on his DVD? I know they mentioned the marathon, wonder why that little detail didn't come up? (sarcasm)

I'm certain that if your boss, who is celebrated for being a two faced negotiator, told you he was cancelling your paycheck (but don't worry he'll let you know how you will be compensated at some point in the future) you would be happy to keep on mopping the floor. |

Everyone has a bad job. 99% just not overpaid for the bad job where we can walk away when it stops being fun. CM Punk is a 1%er. Not sure you know that I work for a faceless corporation that lays people off by the dozens, usually before they get old. The company promises quarter per hour raises at the end of the year and says no you clocked in 15 minutes early. Not late, Early. Fucked up their whole payroll system their week. So I don't get my raise. 0 time off. Supposed to work 40 hours a week, but have mandatory overtime every Saturday. I don't get overtime, just normal time for that extra 8 hours. I'm happy to have it. Mopping the floor. Yeah only time I got to push a broom is when I cut my hand nearly off. No union, no compensation, we get insurance after 2 years. Its August in Nevada, in a factory. We have giant cooling fans, but it still hits 120 degrees in the factory. I can go through a gallon of gatoraide in an 8 hour shift. If the guys don't get gatoraide, they'll pass out if its just water. Should've quit years ago, but I need the money and can't afford to be jobless a week. |
