Had Flair retired much much earlier he would have gotten one of my votes. For me it is between Bret and Shawn in nearly a dead heat. Bret always put on great matches but Shawn as good as he was before he was injured he was even better after coming back from injury.

For me its got to be Hart in terms of technically ability. His selling is amazing and his timing on moves is second to none. His move list isnt as flashy as HBK but I always felt when you watched Hart it was like watching a sport.

Wow, dombag85 is a Curtain Jerker already! I gotta post more, I'm sick and tired of being a jobber! How many times do I have to post to get Mid Carder status? I want to be a Main Eventer. I like posting, used to tons on the fb page, but i like message boards better... i'll be a main eventer in hours!

zero votes for AJ Styles. that's surprising. I didn't have him as one of my top five selections but I figured someone would.

Owen Hart would be mine. He had everyone's best match nearly in the 90s if you think about it.

Favorite wrestler of all time goes to Hulk Hogan. I will forever be a mark for the Hulkster, his 2002 return was the best thing in the wrestling world for me.
Favorite in ring workers have to go to Bret Hart, Rob Van Dam, Lance Storm and Christopher Daniels.

The definitions are fuzzy for me. But I have to go with Jericho. He travelled around and learned to work Japanese, Mexican, and North American styles. He's great as a heel and face, whenever he gets the mike it's gold. All this is in the ring so all round performed it's Jericho.

It's interesting, many people have voted for Bret Hart, but Bret has on numerous occasions said that Dynamite Kid is the best wrestler ever, but DK has only one vote so far.

For all of those that voted for Bret Hart without also voting for Curt Hennig - you're doing it wrong.
That is all.

If we are just talking about in-ring ability, I'll choose Bret Hart. Chris Benoit and Shawn Michaels are in the discussion too, but I think more people would have voted for Bret Hart if he had the quality of opponents that Benoit and Michaels had. I wonder how many more classic matches Hart would have had if he was active in the 2000s.
