I'll attempt to defend that one line by Kalisto by saying that he wasn't even supposed to win the title last week. The stuff with Neville came about and plans were changed.
As for "Biscuit Butt", I guess Mickie is channeling The Rock and his "candy ass" phrase. Different food, same rectal cavity.
