Loved the Triple threat. Didn't expect Ty to win it, so I'm happy he got so much offense. Q's:
Now that he's lost the US title, do you think AJ can move back into the world title chase?
Now that Ty has put on such a good showing and the crowd is behind him, do you think he'll get a push? I'd hate to see a talented Canadian stuck in the undercard a la Sami Zayn.

I believe Steph and Hhh is setting up Shane. Hhh gave Owens the title so he owes him. Steph has been sitting back waiting and plotting at how to get her dad and Shane back. What y'all think.

This is the worst PPV booking of the year! How many times can Jinder win the EXACT same way? Plus, it's killing a wrestling legend in Shinsuke. Just bad.

Do you think adding more weight classes in UFC will solve the issue of so many fighter having to go through crazy weight cuts?

Would you want to see UFC start a new weight division at 165 lbs, and move welterweight to 175 lbs?

It's possible, Styles is your best option for getting a passable match out of Jinder Mahal. If Survivor Series is going to pit Raw vs. SmackDown, I can see Mahal facing someone on the Raw side.

I prefer Hunter and Owens as the climax, Owens can lose and still benefits greatly from the McMahon family foil over the next six-months. Don't think you need Hunter leading a NXT group on the main roster to cloud the central issue.

Do you think adding more weight classes in UFC will solve the issue of so many fighter having to go through crazy weight cuts? It will curb it, but won't eliminate the big cuts. When there is an advantage - perceived or actual - fighters are going to test their own limits for that inherent edge on their opponent. It seems to generally lead to better structure within boxing with the trade off that you have dozens and dozens of champions, but I'll take safety and health rather than fewer champions in a sport.

Would you want to see UFC start a new weight division at 165 lbs, and move welterweight to 175 lbs? They have no interest in these added weight classes at the moment. The concern is that adding two weight classes like 165 and 175 would drain the 185, 170 and event 155 classes - although lightweight is very deep and so is middleweight. Welterweight is high on number of fighters but there are less contenders. I'm all in for more options for fighters to have and a I think 20 pound jumps between weight classes like middleweight to light heavyweight is just way too big a gap. However, I'm realistic and not holding my breath that there is a grand solution to elimination weight cutting or even one that would produce significant changes. Fighters hate change and weight cutting is embedded in many of them and is just part of the game. It is a cultural change that may take a generation or two to fully adapt, much like we are seeing how athletes are addressing concussions as compared to 15-20 years ago.
