I love to cook and am currently on an American based cooking shows binge watching diet. I can honestly say I never had any of the pizzas in that vid. And that's just pizza.
Just curious about what you guys think of Italian cuisine and your perception of what's authentic Italian and what's bullshit.
I.E.: Meatballs are NOT among the 3 most famous dishes in Italy. Just a hint.
