First of all let me start off by saying i fully realize i am no one in the grand scheme of things and this is just something i have been trying to ignore personally and move on but i just reached my camel's back meet straw moment, ikr, whoop dee friggin do...
Anyway, i just can't listen to the shows anymore which really, really sucks because as a smark, and just a geuine fan of Pro Wrestling, in 2017, you need a show to listen to, amiright?...i started reading and listening to F4W~! back in 2005 and as anyone who listens to Alvarez on a regular basis knows, he can grate on your nerves as well so when the merge happened i left, i had listened to the LAW for forever (since 98/99...i am 42 for context) and since the merge i became a fan of the LAW family of programs specifically the LAW, Review-a-Wai, Review-a-Raw, and WhtsNXT. lately though WhtsNXT has been so bad and has become unbearable due to Braden Walker, his smug attitude, the laughable attempts to seem relevant by using hip-hop slang (the particular episode where he waxes poetic over the use of the phrase "wasteman" by Drake was a classic, the guy just to put it bluntly, is a moron ... mo·ron / môrˌän / noun informal noun: moron / plural noun: morons / a stupid person), along with his millennial disregard for anyone over his own age makes me vomitus, not that Jason Agnew is any better. Jason's minor celeb credibility, what little there has to be, has made his head so big i am surprise he can fit that big 'ol noggin into the LAW studios, and his disrespect to some of the callers on Sunday nights is disgusting. If you listen to the show on a regular basis like most of us do here (and like he does as well) you'd realize that some of the callers have problems getting their thoughts out on the air and should be handled a little bit friendlier.
The last thing came from this week's Review-a-Raw (April 11) and is an issue that comes up in almost every show which bugs the shit out of me, John was discussing haircuts and compared Wai's hair to Naomichi Marufuji and Wai as usual took offense to it (or was about to before John had to break out his kid gloves). Now i don't know if there is some huge ground swell of Asian (can i use that term, i am Caucasian, white, a cracker, honky, something...not sure what is right these days, Canadian, American or otherwise) hate in Canada because anytime the dreaded A word is used or someone of that persuasion (can i even say that) Wai immediately starts to become butthurt and i find it's completely unwarranted. It is not racist to compare you to Marufuji as it is just a relate-able example because your hairstyles were/are similar. Furthermore, if some wouldn't or didn't compare me to someone who was Caucasian i would find it rather odd because guess what, i'll let you in on a little secret, i am Caucasian and we look similar, it's not slight so get over yourself. The race issue in today's youth culture (not that you guys are that much younger than me, i've got you by about 10 years) is frightening because guys like me, you and younger listeners/fans have the power to erase racism but you and others just seem to take every chance you can to just slap everyone in the face with it, racism will never go away unless it is forgotten and let's be honest, racism is such a minor issue these day and we are world's apart from just 50 years ago let alone 100 0r 200 years ago, it can go away in our lifetime! So i'm done, it's late and unfortunately i have to bury my father tomorrow (or today, the 12th), i am going back to Alvarez and Meltzer where at least all the dumb shit they say is about wrestling...i'm not going to tighten this up because i'm tired and i have the aforementioned task to do so grammar nazi's have at it, fuck you
