Here's how I think the Semi-Finals and Final will go down:
Semi-Finals
Gargano and Ciampa will beat Authors Of Pain by DQ - I see this being similar to the Jake "The Snake" Roberts VS Vader match at King Of The Ring '96, where Authors Of Pain beat down Gargano and Ciampa after the match.
Revival will beat Itami and Ibushi - This could lead to a possible Itami turn and feud with Ibushi.
Final
Gargano and Ciampa BT The Revival, This shouldn't be for the Tag Team Championships as they can do that at the Vegas show

I don't think Gargano and Ciampa are going to win it. They have been teasing the breakup for a while now, and I think it happens at some point during this tournament.
Aries/Strong I think have a very good chance of winning the tournament. Only problem is that you would then have a heel/heel match with the Revival.

Kinda wish they didn't include the Revival in this tournament, thinks it works better as a team getting a trophy and they can get a title shot as well. Looking at the list no team really stands out to me, maybe Aries/Strong so they get something. Either that or DIY but the main thing is I wouldn't have the champs win this.

The Revival will own all this.....not another slapped together team should win.

The Revival will own all this.....not another slapped together team should win. I remember thinking they blew it last year when the Revival and American Alpha were both red hot but lost in the semis, but it made sense when I saw Finn Balor and Samoa Joe in the ring with the Rhodes/Runnels family. And the Revival and Alpha both turned out fine, obviously. With all due respect to Dusty, I think there's more flexibility to use the tournament to create/advance storylines thing this year. So I get the point (in WWE logic) of maybe having somebody beat the Revival in a non-title match, but overall I agree that if the champs are in the tourney, they should win it or the belts should just be on the line. Maybe they reach the finals and Regal makes it a title match?

The champs should be in the tournament because it's a prestigious thing to win. Not having them in it makes it less prestigious.
Either they win it and look even more awesome because they have the belts and whatever trophy after claiming domination over the whole division (in turn making whoever takes the titles from them look even stronger). Or they get eliminated before the final, creating a new challenger during the tournament plus leaving the door open for a third team to win the tournament creating yet another challenger (if this is the case the third team should beat whoever eliminates the champs in the final).
