These Divas need to settle their tea kettles.

Paige is over? What shows do you watch?
Outside of one crowd reaction after Mania 2 years ago, and Raws in England, she gets out popped by the Bella's. and Sasha already eclipsed her.
also weren't both Reid and Charlotte both exploited for angles in WCW as kids?
Why is this worse? Not like the brother had any opinion or could get offended.

Charlotte and Reid were exploited yes. I saw it on the network, but both are still alive. There was some WCW Referee who's family was used for an angle with Bischoff. However, that was then, this is now I guess? Its all just heat or hate. If Paige is a heel she needs to do heel stuff and that's one of them. Would she get heat for burning a French flag or do I get the heat for even mentioning it?
What does over mean again? Like a ladder system where they're over or above someone else?
I always think of over like how much of my pay-per-view or ticket money am I spending to see wrestler X (Paige). Not even wrestle, just see them, see a heel get beat up, or see a wrestler win. $0 goes to Paige. Do I want to see Paige lose? Yes. Would I pay to see it? No. She's attractive and she certainly is or was EVERYWHERE on WWE TV. Others on the forum may feel 100% of their pay-per-view money goes to Paige, Sasha, Charlotte, Becky or even Brie to botch and laugh at her.
We're lucky to have the Network for $10. A lot of guys are $10 over when very few are $40 over if anyone.

I don't get people's mentality, either they complain sbout the lack of heat and extra dimensions on characters and that everything is hokey or they complain that something went too far.
People clamour for attitude era shit, this is it in spades. Too much now? This was one segment to build up something that was gasping for air, it's not like "I'm doing this for Eddie" months of storyline.

The Randy Anderson angle was some next-level storytelling.

The Randy Anderson angle was some next-level storytelling. He was also a cancer survivor. Anyways back on the Charlotte/Paige segment, why do we get offended for people we never knew, it's a great character building dimension for a babyface who didn't have anything other than my did is so and so. What do we know after her promo? She originally didn't want to be a wrestler, her brother did, he couldn't do it, so she decided to live out his dream in his honor. Then the heel who turned on her after pretending to be her friend, made fun of that reason and in doing so her brother so the other attacks and wants to hurt her. This is basically Ronda manufacturing Bethe Correira making fun of her dads suicide. A lot of marks believed that story and ordered as a result.

Attitude era would have a scene next week in a cemetery and a shovel. Paige can become "Lady Taker" since WWE feels fit to give all of its divas the moves of associated men.
Maybe people want the Attitude era for the Gravy Bowl matches.
See I hate Paige more for saying that because it went too far. I don't think she should have said it, but again chalk it up to a her being a heel. I'm supposed to hate heels right? I sometimes feel like the only person cheering the good guys still. On the other hand its not good bringing up suicides. It affects people too greatly to keep watching.
Good catch with Beth and Ronda. Ronda knows how to drum up interest.

Despite all the shit writing for her it's impressive Paige gets any reaction at all. Main difference between Paige and the Bellas is that fans are interested in the actual wrestling with Paige. All you hear is crickets whenever Nikki or Brie sell.
I wasn't offended by the angle at all but I'm just not sure it accomplishes anything. The company gets more heat than Paige. Plus, Reid has barely even been mentioned on TV so I'm not sure how or why they think the audience would care. The brawl after was great but Paige could have just insulted Ric and got to the same place.

Paige doesn't get reactions, it's still crickets unless she's teasing lesbian pins and licking faces.

Its what kept Mickie James over for a decade.
I think people want to see the girls for the goods.
The womens wrestling is where the real wrestling is. A lot of submission holds so people can get a good look.
If you want a crowd reaction when selling, gotta sex scream like Trish always did.

WWE came out and said the Reid idea came from the actress who play Charlotte and the WWE didn't want to put it in, but the actress commanded the company to do as she says because she's the Nature Daughter. That's a dramatization I just made, because its usually the puppets that do as their told and not the other way around.
I've read a lot of news saying Ric and her mother were in tears and outraged. Good on Charlotte to outheel the heel in this case. I still read stuff how Paige is a bully backstage to divas and the men. WWE brags about how young she is. Maybe she's just too young to be professional.

Creative need to just stick to their guns and quit shifting blame when they try a new direction.
If this is the direction they want, go full tilt boogie, like a genius once said "you can't be half pregnant".
Just say "we think highly of our viewing audience, so we are infusing realism with our storylines. It doesn't mean we can't do campy stuff from time to time, but this is the reality era.".

Writers shouldn't be a thing if they're going in a realistic direction.

Writers shouldn't be a thing if they're going in a realistic direction. This statement makes zero sense. M*A*S*H started taking all the Emmys by going into a realistic direction. It's still a scripted drama, not having writers is pants on head goofy.

It's still a scripted drama, not having writers is pants on head goofy. So WWE is competing with Mash now? UFC manages the drama without a script. I get what you're saying though you can't have a scripted drama without a script. Not like a staff of 100 wrestlers can't come up with some feuds on their own. Gotta have all that writer overhead. Must be good being a writer for the WWE, get your name in all the credits at the end of each show. When PPV trailers play you always hear from the man that cowrote the build of John Cena vs Rusev 3 comes the build up to Brock vs Undertaker 3: The Final Nutshot! Are writers part of that writer's guild with a union? If you didn't have writers the talent could really embarrass themselves, say stupid or offensive things like bringing up someone's brother like the actress who plays Charlotte.
