What does everyone think about NXT? Personally, I'm glad they dropped the "contest" portion of it. It has turned into a nice showcase of low/midcard wrestlers that normally wouldn't get airtime on Raw or SmackDown. It's actually entertaining too.

It's amazing they're still on TV. Actually, are they still on TV or is it just an internet show now?

It airs on tv in Canada on The Score, but in the US it's just online. It airs on tv in other countries too.

The first two seasons were alright. Kind of lost my interest after those seasons.

I'm gonna get a lot of flack for this, but I think NXT is the most consistently best WWE program right now. IT is really enjoyable, especially for Regal and Curtis.

I saw the first 3 seasons before they went Internet only in the US. WWE needs this show to train up new guys. They don't need the competition gimmick or if they want the competition make it over a season instead of elimination style. The winner gets upgraded to Superstars. Tape all of the episodes in 1 area so the fans can get behind the workers instead of touring them city to city where no one knows them, because no one watches NXT.

NXT has been great. I loved season 3, 4, and the current redemption season.
I like that it's home for midcarders and lower, but unlike, say superstars, there's actual storylines that you don't have to follow Raw/Smackdown for.

I would say that I enjoy NXT more than any other WWE show, decent feuds with consistent characters, I think it's great

Killing off the "contest" stuff was for the better and I like that guys like the Usos and Tyson can get some time on the mic and in the ring.
That said it is basically another Superstars with a bit more focus on storyline. I miss the days of Michael Cole and Josh ripping on the show and it being a trainwreck.

There's been an angle running the past couple of weeks where Matt Striker was kidnapped and missing. However, during the time he was missing, he did commentary during the WrestleMania dark match.

I honestly forgot about NXT, the concept is awesome and should be treated as a true 3rd brand, the problem is that it has been completely forgotten about.

There's been an angle running the past couple of weeks where Matt Striker was kidnapped and missing. However, during the time he was missing, he did commentary during the WrestleMania dark match. apparently, they tried to explain this, that they hired a doppleganger to replace him so that WWE wouldn't have any PR nightmares explaining where Matt Striker went. As silly at it sounds, at least they explained it.
