This week I will be speaking with Bryan Williams, one of the game developers for WWE 2K14 and I wanted to take listener questions for those curious about changes from WWE '13, reaction to the game thus far and anything else.
Please post your questions by Wednesday.

I have a few questions...
1. Is there going to be an update to fix the music glitch in the xbox 360 version where certain wrestlers come out to two themes at the same? I nopticed a few glitches in the create a move set mode as well where the red model either disappears or body parts bend in the wrong direction.
2. Is there a way to get the Ultimate Warrior if you didn't preorder.
3. Why remove the create an entrance video mode? It was the best part in WWE 13.

Hi Bryan, thanks for taking our questions. The storyline mode & Create-A-Wrestler options are always superb, but there's recurring issues with AI and commentary. A yearly release schedule makes things difficult, how can 2K & Yukes address these problems?
WWE's games have simplified graphics compared to other Yukes games, like UFC Undisputed 3. Is this an artistic decision? Would you consider scanning in the wrestlers for a more realistic look? After seeing the incredible-looking models in NBA 2K14, I'd love to see it for the next-gen WWE game.
Lastly, congratulations on getting WWE 2K14 out this year and the impressive array of DLC! Especially with what happened to THQ, it speaks volumes about your team's passion for making WWE games.

Won't be able to try this game out until I get back home stateside next year, but wanted to ask about the overall series. Will you make it possible to upload your own video to your console for use as an entrance video in the future? Would be fitting considering we already have that for music.
Also who was your favorite Superstar and/or Superstars to work on getting into the video game? I imagine you'll have fun getting Bray Wyatt in next year. Expecting that to translate well in the video game.
Keep up the good work guys! Can't wait to play the game.

Loved that stats have been added in 2k14. The biggest problem is that when I first popped in the game and started wrestlemania mode, it was Andre vs Big John Stud. They where moving like TNA X division stars. Did you ever think of making the 80s stars move at a slower pace? Just to give it that more realistic look.

I've really enjoyed the game so far and the 30 years of Wrestlemania mode is fantastic. My only question is while Universe mode is enjoyable, it's rather formulaic and repetitive at times; is there a chance we will see something similar to the Be-A-Pro modes that other sports games have developed for future WWE games? The character can start as a rookie in NXT, go through training and development, and work their way up the ranks of the WWE. Thanks for all the hard work.

Is there any clues on what the theme of next years game will be? Such as how we had the 30 years of Mania mode this year, and the Attitude mode the year before? Also do you think you'll ever change or add to the options of the create modes? For example, the options of designs and lettering have not changed since the birth of the Smackdown vs Raw series. And PLEASE bring back 'create-an-entrance video'!
Besides that, keep up the improvements and can't wait to see what you have coming for the next gen consoles. May I add, you should consider putting one full game out every 2 to 5 years. Just in that time you can fill new items, like arenas and superstars by DLC. That would also give you time to develop a new full game with no rush. Let's hope 2K keeps fixing what THQ damaged. Thanks.

Ryan from Las Vegas How much development does Visual Concepts do compared to Yukes? Does Yukes make the game and Visual Concepts make the content such as 30 years of Wrestlemania? I found this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Kh514jpee4

Keerth from vancouver I haven't played the game yet, but I was excited to see that there is a gameply mode called "The Streak" where you can either play as Undertaker or play against him, and that the difficulty of the mode is higher than any other mode, which is awesome. It nice to see additional modes being added to the games in addition to the main campaign mode. Just wondering if you knew if gamers can expect more additions like this being added to future games?

The 30 years of WM was a bit too much like the attatude era mode but still fun. Are there any plans to have a more interactive story mode where you decide on your own finish/decisions and the storyline goes in different directions depending on what you do.
Having to do things a centain way takes some of the fun out of the game for me.

Great game, the best in years. I notice that Rey Mysterio can suplex Yokozuna. The bigger guys can be lifted like lightweights. In the upcoming games, will this be removed?

Running moves are way too easy and is such a go-to crutch for multiplayer. It should definitely be more balanced where those always doing it should be countered very easily. I enjoyed the THQ UFC game very much. And it was never easy to exploit the running moves there. Maybe a similar formula for that would work. Is there any talk of fixing that next year?

In short, will we be getting a patch for the current gen? Right now, too many matches are ending in wear down submissions. I have witness Rey make people tap out with simple camel clutches. Many of us believe only signature/finisher based submissions should cause an opponent to tap out. Please don't neglect us.

Chris from Boston,
Thanks for taking the questions Bryan. I really enjoyed the game, especially the streak modes which are insanely fun.
For WWE 2k15, any hints as to what the main theme is going to be? Last year was attitude era, this year is 30 years of wrestlemania. Is that the direction the games will be going, more scenario oriented? Will there ever be a feature included where we can take our own superstar from NXT to the main event of wrestlemania, ala a story mode?
Lastly, are there any licensing issues with doing a WCW era game? It might be interesting to play the other side of the Monday Night Wars too.
Thanks a bunch!
