I'm leaning toward Flair/Steambiat because thats the standard, 'though I think Rock/Austin is kinda underrated.

All these are based on subjective tastes, the context in which you seen them and how invested you were when you viewed them.
it's like who's the better player or team or movie franchise...etc.

There's more to a trilogy than just having three matches with the same two guys. For that reason, I don't consider Bret/Shawn to be on the same strata as the other three. The story of Okada/Omega story, the Flair/Steamboat trilogy and Rock/Austin working three high-profile Mania matches are concocted with much more thought than that.
Having said that, my vote is Flair/Steamboat, which edges Okada/Omega purely out of personal taste. I have nothing bad to say about that trilogy.

I'm going with Okada/Omega as I just really enjoyed that and while they put in a ton of time it really didn't feel like it. Flair/Steamboat is a very close second as they were pretty flawless as well. I don't really see the Bret/Shawn feud as a trilogy, not in the same aspect of the others and while Rock/Austin didn't produce any bad matches I'm just not a massive fan of the first. I would also mention Punk/Joe's trilogy from ROH, which I felt told 3 really great stories.

Out of the bunch Flair/Steamboat are my pick. However and having said that Steamboat/Flair was a hell of alot more then just 3 matches! Flair/Steamboat tore it up for 10 years and their feud never got stale!
