Here's a few that come to mind:
Gable - Could do something in 205 but doesn't have much personality beyond the rah rah stuff.
Jordan - Has the physical tools but same personality issue as Gable.
Enzo - The role for him still seems to be as a Manager.
Kas- He just comes across very stiff. Hard to see him thrive without Enzo.
Karl Anderson- The one guy I could see thriving. He has the experience, the mic skills, and the attitude. As a single, I could see him holding one of the secondary belts.
Any others?

Either Hardy.
Any of the New Day, in particular I'd like to see Xavier have a run as a heel. He's a smooth talker, could pull off a cocky heel like early Y2J. Possibly align Woods with KO and the two of them could rip apart anyone on the mic.
I assume this wouldn't include Sheamus, Cesaro, Goldust, Truth, Heath, Rhyno, etc.

Still waiting for Big E to get an opportunity to be a singles star. I think he could be a babyface world champion on Smackdown.

Not to be picky about the subject matter, but instead of trying to split up teams I think WWE needs to emphasize them more, back in the days of hart foundation and demolition, tag teams were given a high priority in the sense of profiling and showing them off, Now its almost an afterthought, which to me sucks. They need more tag teams they are great for those who can't talk much. Fix em up with a talker and let him promote, there have been many examples like these in the past and proven to work.

Vince has never been a huge fan of tag teams. He sees them as a way to add variety to a show. In a way I agree with him. It's also a way to take two mid card talents and give them something to do. If you think about it, how many Tag team wrestlers have gone on to singles success? Michaels and Jeff Hardy come to mind but not too many others.

I think a lot of the tag teams work well as teams right now, wouldn't want to break them up just yet. I do agree that Anderson could do well, he was pretty good in New Japan so could see him doing well again. Easily a high mid-card guy.

Fast forward a little more than two months and four out of the five are now singles. I think I was wrong about Cass. I've been impressed with him so far.
