I'm over the ten chants during ref counts......doing for The Dillinger matches works.....doing it for everything else, doesn't.

I have never been a fan of the shark cage gimmick. It looks so goofy and doesn't stop anything. As for the ten chants, that thing really doesn't work outside Tye Dillinger. Yes & What could but not the ten. I just don't like "count" chants, they do it often in Progress & other indies where the fans chant the next number when the ref is counting, for a count out or double down. It confused a ref once and since then they always do it to try and get another to bite.

I thought the chain spot was botched.
My take was that it was supposed to play into the finish but Occam's razor let it slip out his hand by mistake.
Pretty sure it wouldn't have been planned to have it fly into the crowd like it did.
That strikes me as the simplest explanation, and you know what they say about that...... 😉

At least I think it came from ICW. If anyone knows differently happy to be proven wrong (in this instance!)

I suppose either TM61 could have called the audible, or it was supposed to finish like that anyway, just with TM61 saving face and AoP getting more heat due to the involvement of the chain.
