With Raw ratings continuing on a seemingly endless downward spiral, do you think it ever occurs to Steph that her presence on television might be a contributing factor?

Whether this is a true statement or not, I can't see Steph having this thought any time soon. We're talking about somebody who, when she was one of the most over heel characters in the company, couldn't resist putting herself over as a babyface (and/or out of character altogether) on TV at least a half-dozen times.

Well considering that last week drew a horrible number for them and she wasn't on the show, I'm guessing she doesn't. I also don't think you can blame her, she's not really on that much in the 3 hours in fact Foley is on the screen way more then Steph is these days. Now granted she sure as hell doesn't help when you're trying to make new stars and she steps all over them making them look weak to someone they can never actually get revenge on.

The McMahons aren't stupid. They book themselves to appear when ratings will be higher regardless that way it feeds their ego and makes them seem more important to the business. Didn't Hogan do that with WCW PPVs?

Didn't Hogan do that with WCW PPVs? The story that I always heard was that Hogan would take vacation when Nitro was airing at odd times due to the NBA Playoffs, and then he would return when Nitro was back on its normal schedule and take credit for the ratings getting back on track.

Did you see Hogan's WCW contract when it was leaked. That guy knew what he was doing and worked it to the up most. Like most in WCW, he was there to make as much money as he could.
