I'm fine with Dan on the program. When the subject changes slightly to music, Dan is the only one with a rock background. (I know it's just my personal preference, but I just can't relate to hiphop/rap/pop conversations.) I will continue to listen. When I cue up my wrestling podcasts, The LAW is the first in my list.
I am also fine with "back in the day" stories because I've been watching since the early/mid eighties. I also enjoy hearing about 70's and earlier, even though I never had a chance to watch.

Do a better radio show then. Or maybe stop listening if it bugs you this much. But I will look to this look and laugh when Lovranski goes on the Vince McMahon is out of touch speech. If it was just me, cool, ill STFU and keep listening, but it doesn't look that way. But your right about the out of touch thing lol. Again, not interested in ripping Dan, as Ive said countless times he's been more then cool with me, seems like a great guy and still would be great on the show in the right role, just not sure the co-host chair fits him, its frustrating hearing someone complain for the sake of complaining without offering reasons. There's a big difference between complaining for the sake of it and being critical (see John).

I feel the same way. I think the biggest difference between Dan and Pollock (and Agnew to a lesser extent) is that Dan never seems to think of any long-term rationale for anything and dismisses things out of hand. Dan would recap a show and say "I can't believe they had X pin Y, it makes no sense, I hated it!!!" followed by Agnew saying "well, X pinned Y because presumably that's going to set up something between Y, X and Z for the next Pay Per View" and Dan saying "well, I guess, sure, fine." He doesn't think rationally about storylines and just has a gut reaction to everything in the moment without considering the long-term booking ideas.
TL, DR: I learn stuff from Pollock and occasionally Agnew. Listening to Dan is like listening to any random caller, unless we're talking about something from wrestling history where Dan is actually very knowledgeable.

You wrote it much better then I could have had. That example happens far too often IMO.

Complaining for the sake of complaining? Sounds like most people in online forums tbh.
reminds me of judges in American idol who would say "it was a bit 'pitchy'" which means nothing but some people just want to sound like experts.

After watching X Factor with an X I learned from Demi Lavado that pitchy its the wrestling equivalent of sloppy but its so much harder to hear. So hard I've never been able to notice it. Breathing while singing causes pitchy innacurate moments.
Before she explained it I thought pitchy was their way of saying we can't find anything wrong with you, but I still dislike you anyway.

Shoot, I was sure this was the place where I could see a screenshot of Dan Lovranski on The List.

Wow, this Ben guy really fucking hates Dan, huh? Don't hate anyone, just wish he was a bit more open to things and not always complaining, it gets old quick. The post that I quoted above explains it much better than I could. 'I feel the same way. Like I said, if it was just me, id STFU, but its not just me.

Dan saying Vince is out of touch is still funny.
I don't know them personally, but I still call them by their first names.....deal with it
