Whenever a wrestler has his opponent in a corner or against the ropes and is about to whip him across the ring, you can always see the wrestler, on offense, whisper into the other wrestler's ear.
It's an unneeded reminder that you're watching a work.

Whenever Brock is in the ring in the middle of a WRESTLING match and commentary want to remind us he was a UFC champion.
It's also an unneeded reminder that you're watching a work.

Every time someone goes for a suicide dive. When everybody does something it's not special.
All use of submission moves that are dragged out for the rope break, real combat sports taught us that if your stuck you're fucked. Either have a counter or get to the ropes ASAP.
It's also an unneeded reminder that you're watching a work.

Theme music during a run in is another, especially when it's a face doing the running.
It seems pretty self-important for someone, who is supposed to be helping a friend in urgent need, to first stop off at the sound truck to tell them to cue up your music.

Spots on the apron. It's just beyond stupid now, when you have guys trying reverse hurricanranas on such a small surface. Plus some indy guys no sell them.

I have never understood the sling shot into the corner. Looks so fake.

For me it's just inconsistent selling of moves. Indy feds were the worst years ago. One guy uses a brainbuster as a finisher then five other guys use a brainbuster as just a transitional move. Why is one brainbuster better than the one done by five other people?

This might be an unpopular thing to say, but idiot fans take me out of a match.
Watching Kevin Owens wrestle.
Irish Whips.
Old HBK super kicking a guy then giving him the pile driver.

Every time someone goes for a suicide dive. When everybody does something it's not special. That was Summerslam as a whole.

I'd like to add really dumb ref bumps to this. At least make it believable. The counter of this that also takes me out of it is when the ref bumps the wrestlers back. PWG are famous for this with Rick Knox and the Young Bucks taking superkicks & even dives from him.

Distraction toll ups are the absolute worst and overplayed finish there is. I hate it with a passion.
Also heel tactics in tag matches like the distraction tag.as it makes the refs look like morons, kicks to the gut that get sold longer than a second.
That and taunts towards an opponent in prone positions that make them look like idiots for having to wait so long to take a move and spots where someone dives out of the ring or something high and there are a bunch of performers standing there waiting with open arms.
