I do agree about reviewing some Lucha Underground also with it being the 15 year anniversary of the original ECW closing down, I suggest reviewing Guilty As Charged 2001.
Also I'm suggesting reviewing One Night Only 2006 as well as reviewing a Hardcore Homecoming show (Over a 2 week period)

TNA Global IMPACT and Global Impact 2 since some of those matches are not on New Japan World. I remember one of the matches was Yuji Nagata vs Kurt Angle for the IWGP Third Belt Heavyweight Championship.
Some AAA PPV that is easily accessible on YouTube.

January 17th 2008 and October 8th 2009. Well that's when they aired apparently

I'd like to nominate an older Canadian documentary about wrestling called "La Lutte" (or "The Match") for a review. It's a short 1961 black and white film which takes a look at the locker room and workout regimes of wrestlers in Montreal, leading to a show at the Forum. The main event features Édouard Carpentier and Dominic DeNucci taking on Ivan Kalmikoff and Al Costello of The Fabulous Kangaroos. And did I mention that it's less than half and hour long, Wai? It's shot in a very measured and artful way, with a good amount of attention being paid to the audience as well as the wrestlers. The directors were planning on making a film which "exposed" wrestling until they happened to meet French philosopher Roland Barthes who'd written an essay about wrestling. Barthes pointed out to them that what matters isn't whether wrestling is "real" or not, but how the wrestlers are able to communicate a wordless story to audiences using their bodies and gestures, and that's what the directors used as their guiding principle instead (though it does include what I'd have to think is some unparalleled for the time training footage "exposing" the business). I often teach Barthes' essay to my students, and will from time to time screen the film for them to give them an example of what he's writing about, but I think established wrestling fans would get a huge kick out of seeing the look and style of matches at that period, and even the demographics of audiences. It's free to watch on the National Film Board's site: www.nfb.ca/film/la_lutte

WCW Halloween Havoc 1997 I was listening to one of Piper's old podcasts and he talked about how poorly constructed the cage was. This also has a Savage/DDP match and the historic Mysterio/Guerrero match

On the WWE Network there's a special from September 2015 called Eric Bischoff's top 10 controversial moments. It's 30 minutes about half WCW half WWE and I think it would be good to have you guys discuss the back story on some of the angles, Bischoff looking for Stone Cold in 03, The Billy and Chuck wedding and much more

The Wrestling Classic from 1985. 16 man tournament with some classic wrestlers & personalities. It's littered with ridiculous interviews and has one of Jack Tunney's earliest appearances. It also features Jesse Ventura, Gorilla Monsoon, Lord Alfred Hayes, Mean Gene, and Vince. A must watch for any fan of 80's WWF.
