Alberto el PatrĂ³n driving a fancy car to the temple does not comprehend. Nobody is going to take their expensive vehicle to someplace that looks like it has either been attacked either by graffiti vandals and/or has been a homeless camp at one time.

Makes as much sense as an underground fight club which has billboards all over downtown LA.

In all seriousness, I think the gimmick of Alberto El Patron is good, but I don't like bringing in his rival from another company as his first program in LU. Hopefully it's a short program. I think what everyone wants to see is El Patron vs Prince Puma for the Lucha Underground Title. I know they're both babyfaces but Konnan could continue to play subtle heel and make this happen!

He will eventually wind up in LU. He's like that little nugget that keeps on sti...
"I INVENTED THAT 'NUGGET' TERM, YOU MARK! EVERYONE USES IT NOW! 5, 95 $ TO GET SUBSCRIPTION TO MY CHANNEL AND I'LL TELL YA DA REAL STORY... AND ABOUT WCW KILLING VINCE RUSSO, TOO!"

Blaming Russo for everything is too 2002 for my liking.
People like Cornette, Piper, Keller and Meltzer pretty much babyfaced the guy by the way they constantly brought him up and would trash him.

Russo himself started this round of feuding with Meltzer. I seriously doubt if Melter will have any reaction other than shake his head on this one. Anyway, Russo claims that Meltzer wrote BS in the Observer saying that Russo is going to Lucha Underground for a job interview.
However, Russo is incorrect. Here is basically what Meltzer said:
1. The public story is that Russo is going there for an interview with Maria Santos.
2. Eric Van Wagenen wants Russo.
3. When Russo goes to visit LU, "he is going to make a push for it." Unclear is who "he" is in this sentence. It could be either Van Wagensen or Russo.
4. Other souces doubt the job interview theory because of Russo's track record and because he knows nothing about Mexican wrestling.
So basically, Meltzer gave all sides to why Russo is visiting LU. Yet, Russo thinks Meltzer hates him and is intentionallly spreading lies. That is why Russo made the video. It was as reaction to the story in the Observer.

To me it looks like Russo seems to be having a go at Meltzer because of him placing the blame on Russo for TNA getting cancelled by Spike, which itself was seemingly refuted by the suits in Spike who say they never even heard of Russo.
Atleast that's what I got from one of those podcasts he made a month or two ago, when I could stomache listening to his voice.
