Didn't like that last segment. This was the Go-Home, right? I think Cena should have come in with some intensity, attacked Lesnar, and then signed the contract. not a huge fan of that segment either but wwe needs to get the hell away from letting their babyfaces take the heat away from the heels before their matches. especially when we're supposed to pay for said matches. so we're all supposed to cheer randy orton, and pay to see him get his retribution right? wrong, him pummeling kane with a pipe on the go home show will actually make my desire to see him win greater, especially since he already proved he can kick kane's ass on raw. of course i'll pay to see something i already saw for free! Same with cena, are you more inclined to see what happens to him after brock goes to the ring, scares him shitless, and essentially eats his lunch on live tv? or let cena take his heat and the edge off Brock while they're at it, proving they're near equals if not complete equals. Lord knows the world is tired of seeing a story about an underdog. i honestly think that's the mentality that's hurting ppv matches in general. People don't boo cena cause he's a hardworking underdog with flaws that could prevent his ability to win matches, they boo cause he pulls shit like smiling after lesnar pummels him, or no sells title losses and hands his title shots over to friends cause everyone knows he'll just up and demand another rematch a month later. They boo because he does everything he didn't do tonight, y'know, be vulnerable and act as if he has something to lose by battling a monster that's a legit 'asskicker' cause he's already been busted open once and Lesnar will do it again.

Thing is I'd agree if Cena were going over. But it's almost a foregone conclusion that he won't. And he's been laid out 2 or 3 times by Brock with no response. I think Cena actually needed to show some fire tonight. That stoic stuff just didn't sell me on wanting to see those guys fight. Personally speaking, I'd be more interested if Cena came through the crowd and attacked Brock (something that stale 80's babyface Super-Cena would never do). In a larger sense, I think the Cena "problem" (most companies would kill to have a marketable star w/mainstream appeal like Cena) is two-fold. It's absolutely the way he's been booked, but it's also smarks trolling little kids for lulz. I think even if cena showed a more serious side, the IWC would still crap on the guy because it's the accepted thing to do. The smart thing to do would be to do an injury angle and give the guy 3-5 months off (Lord knows he's earned a vacation). Then you can bring him back fresh around SummerSlam.

I think Cena actually needed to show some fire tonight. That stoic stuff just didn't sell me on wanting to see those guys fight. I understand that viewpoint, I just think the way they presented cena tonight was a little more believable, and if brock pummels the shit out of him, it makes brock look like a true monster(just walking in and completely dominating their top star instantly) more quickly than if cena got to have some offense and a believable struggle. also, they can then put cena away for a couple months and really focus on the 'hard on his luck' superstar that had a really bad streak and was embarassed by brock, and now has to come back and figure out how to be elite again, i'd be more intrigued to see their rematch then and i think it'd mean more. The point to me would be making brock strong in the long term, and use a throw away show to get that point across, that way when you have big show like summerslam or something, you can draw with with the story and match, and don't need bullshit stips or any guest enforcers or fluff like wwe loves to have for everything. as far as cena being stoic goes... i think in his current configuration, there's just something inherently cheesy about john cena, he essentially has two modes now, happy and sad. but at least with sad face john cena he appears to be selling brock's intimidation... something he never does... ever but to each his own, i don't think you're wrong or anything, my rantings just reflect how i'd try to book something like this, i'll watch this show like i do most show, i just won't buy it

where can I find Review A Raw, live? They actually have a stickam channel but I dont think they are doing it live tonight, I heard something to the effect of "sorry guys were recording Review-a-raw", It just might be easier for them.

Edge's promo blew everyone else out of the water tonight.Lesnar's mic skills are only average, but he's 100 per cent believable.Cena on the hand - happy and jovial one minute - sad and helpless the next. Also is Randy Orton up for attempted murder now?

Also is Randy Orton up for attempted murder now? Brock's promo was way, way below average and was embarrassing to watch. The guy took five minutes to say something that should've taken 30 seconds. He needs to stick to very short promos and pre-tapes. Also if attempted murder existed in WWE, every single wrestler would be in jail.

This show didn't seem long or drag to me... but then again, I never watch RAW live, and only ever youtube it, which makes it a much quicker viewing experience on the whole. What's this? A Kane promo... yeah I'll skip that.
Seriously, I have no idea how people watch RAW live... with all the advert breaks/re-caps, it must be a mind-numbing experience a lot of the time. I tip my hat to all of you who sat through the 3+hours of this show, that is some achievement.
