Ah. There's another game coming out, Pro Wrestling X (prowrestlingx.com) that was inspired by AKI. I've been following that one since the beginning. Looking forward to it finally coming out.

Do you guys have import systems? Do you play on your computer? How are you playing these Japanese games?

I have a Retro Duo that plays SNES imports, converter for my N64, boot disc for my Dreamcast, and flip top cover for PS2. You could always download roms for N64, and if you have PS3 you can download Fire Pro Wrestling G through the Japanese store. But really, you'd want to get Fire Pro wrestling Returns for PS2 as it was the last Fire Pro released. It was released in North America so you could find it on Ebay without having to import.

What was the first WWE/F video game you played? Mine was WWF WrestleMania for the NES.

i always thought fire pro wrestling was cool but never owned a copy, i still play revenge/no mercy with my son on his n64 all the time, no mercy is the best wrestling game ever, guest ref and ladder matches with a handful of drunk friends are some of my fondest memories

I like WWE '12 aside from the broken online features which make it almost impossible to download or upload created wrestlers or arenas most of the time. What was the first WWE/F video game you played? Mine was WWF WrestleMania for the NES. WWF Superstars the arcade game was probably the first one I played. Then I got Wrestlemania for NES, I was so happy to have a WWF game that I didn't realize how much it sucked.

What was the first WWE/F video game you played? Mine was WWF WrestleMania for the NES. On console while new? That would have been Pro Wrestling for the NES. The Amazon was cool, even Giant Panther had his moments. But in this video game universe... there could only be one, and it certainly was not Drew McIntyre.

The Original Wrestlefest Arcade Game, I would go to the Family Fun Center just to play this game, I had Wrestlemania for NES but it sucked compared to Wrestlefest (except the fact Bam Bam Bigelow could do Cartwheels on WM)

I pretty much have all PS1/2/3 WWE games, but beside some visual changes and roster updates, I don't see the difference, even in WWE 12 when they had the new predator technology, my favorite to this day is still WWF WrestleFest they had on the arcade machine.
I load it with ROMS on my pc, plug a PS2 remote, that's the closest you get to get the arcade feeling.
WWE All Stars stood out for looking and feeling unique, but I lost interest because gameplay was just too hard. I do hate THQ messing with the buttons setting every year.

WWE 12 would be the best if the online wasn't broken .Absolutely trash that server .
My personal favorites are ...AJPW Kings Soul , KOC 2 ( I would love a 3rd) , VPW 2 , Toukhon Road brave spirits , FPR , ASPW 2+ 3.Giant Gram 2000 and Toukon Retsuden 4. The Japanese games are just better more realistic.
I have must WWF/E games and WCW but out of them the best are All AKI titles , HCTP , SVR 2006 , WWE 12. I have a modded PS2 , Dreamcast , N64 and 360 .
