There's been an angle running the past couple of weeks where Matt Striker was kidnapped and missing. However, during the time he was missing, he did commentary during the WrestleMania dark match. apparently, they tried to explain this, that they hired a doppleganger to replace him so that WWE wouldn't have any PR nightmares explaining where Matt Striker went. As silly at it sounds, at least they explained it. That's ridiculous. It's recording on my PVR now. I guess I'll see how bad it is for myself soon.

I think the Tyson Kidd vs Michael McGillicutty feud going on at the moment is great. The matches look brilliant, the promos make sense and have meaning, the whole thing works and works really well. I forget which episode it was on, but there was one moment where a woman in the crowd shouted, "He's more of a Hart than you'll ever be Perfect" at McGillicutty and I just thought, yes, this is fantastic. The really sad thing is though, if it was on RAW the guys in charge would actually take notice and then fuck it up...

I love the show as it is now. I had trouble getting into it when it was a contest. I don't know if I ever finished watching season 1, and I maybe watched ten minutes of the season 2 premiere. Never seen anything between then and some point after the contest gimmick was dropped.

Just watched my first episode of NXT in a while, quiet good, really enjoyed the McGillicutty vs. Kidd match. Found Titus O'Neil entertaining as well.
Thought it was a hell of a lot better than Smackdown this week.

I never thought they'd pull off a little Glee spoof. hahha I love that the people in charge don't care about this show. They can get anyway with anything.

On this week's NXT, William Regal handcuffed Maxine's right wrist to Johnny Cutis's left wrist. Then, a few minutes later backstage they had switched sides.

It's improved since it's basically turned into a developmental territory for the guys on the main roster & it's producing results! I think Reks, Hawkins, Titus O'Neil, Darren Young, Tyson Kidd and Michael McGuilliguty are all the better for it since it's change... they all seem to have shown some improvement in terms of character.
They should keep it as a show to warm the crowd up with story lines and promos, NXT has really grown on me recently.

I watched the premier of whatever season this is after WM XXVII. I thought it was interesting but after a few weeks it really lost a lot of steam with me. I was watching Raw/SD/Superstars and added on to that was NXT and Tough Enough, it was too much. It was too much to have TWO competition based programs and after a while I found that I didn't care at all who was going to 'win' NXT but I DID have an interest in the kids on Tough Enough.
If the format has changed (which is sounds like it has) I could give it another chance. Is there a good, recent jump on point?

I'd say jump on board now as the appears that the roster is being shaken up a bit on this weeks episode Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins both got 'fired' and Titus O'Neil & Darren Young got promoted to Smackdown, I think this is part of a plan to add fresh talent to the tag divisions on the main show as these are 2 teams So I expect some new storylines to start next week
