I wouldn't hate Twitter so much if they didn't stop an entire program's flow to promote something that's...well, free last time I checked. WHY? I don't get it. It's not like WWE gets sponsorship from Twitter to do this. And besides, they do it too freaking much. Although, it does give me a great laugh every once in a while to find out stuff like #funkasaurus and #yesyesyes trend. It makes me think of non-fans scratching their heads. #fingerstokeyboards

I don't get the point of twitter. Confucius would have been good at it but that is about it.

Wrestling uses it far to much now. Really annoying!

absolutely correct. some in wwe seem to see that problem. i have the feeling that someone told cole to not announce twitter stuff every 2 minutes like he had to do some months ago.

I call them pound signs. #poundsign Indeed. I to remember the days when # was pound sign! When in the blue hell did it become hashtag?

Maybe the same time people started thinking a forward slash/ oblique was a back slash. Come on, / even leans forward! \ is backward. Not hard.

Only thing I found remotely clever was Dolph Ziggler's use of "Hashtag...Heel"

they should just put a crawl every so often on the bottom of the screen with their assigned hashtag, and never mention that way if they want people to talk about a show or whatever they'll know what hashtag to use. what annoys me is the incessant twitter plugging and bullshit did you know facts they post all of the time
