I actually like ROH because it reminds me of old school wrestlin from when I was little. That said, they do need to work on the production levels since you need to be at least presentable in this day and age. I like Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness is getting better on commentary. I also like the way each show builds on the last one. Imagine that! And just to throw this out there, I don 't get to see ROH until we finish the LAW on Sunday nights because the FOX affiliate that I get is from Rochester and they show it at 1:30 am early Monday morning! Nigel is amazing on commentary, talking in general. I love his analogies with wrestling and poker. He makes Kelly tolerable to me. I guess it is just me because Kelly does come across as a dork. Then again, there really isn't much to compare to with WWE and TNA's commentary teams. Nigel can probably make Taz and Booker T sound like Ventura & Ross

Kevin Kelly is decent, nothing special but he gets the job done. Nigel McGuinness is turning into a pretty damn good announcer (probably the best of the Big 3 companies). Although I could do without some of his King-esque one-liners when Maria is at ringside.
Michael Elgin (even before his Showdown in the Sun match with Davey Richards), Tommaso Ciampa, and Mike Bennett have a ton of upside and if ROH can hold onto those three, the company will have a bright future. The tag team division is the strongest of the Big 3, especially the Briscoes and the Young Bucks. Davey Richards is a great worker but will never draw a mainstream audience. Still he’s the best bet for their champion right now until somebody else is ready to step to the next level. Kevin Steen is entertaining, but I think it’d be pretty hard not to be entertaining when given the angle he’s been given. He gets to play with cards in his deck no other wrestlers are allowed to have. Richards and Steen are having great interactions and is one of the best angles in wrestling right now. It’s exactly what both men needed, especially Richards.
But as has been stated, they absolutely NEED to get better production. There is no excuse for missing moves in matches shot over a month ago, among all the other well-documented problems they have had. This week they had a glitch in the middle of a match where they showed about one second of a Chris Silvio match. And of course HD is a necessity if they ever want to grow. Casual wrestling fans will tune out immediately without even giving ROH a chance just based on it not being in HD like TNA and WWE.
Another HUGE issue I see is their lack of women's wrestling. This is their simplest chance to really stand out from TNA and WWE and they are whiffing on it.

I miss when it was on HDNet. They do have more exposure on the channels they're on now, but the picture quality was so much better on HDNet.

Steen nah , not with his look and style.Plus he'd be completely changed as a character called something like Cory Steel. His physique will go against him anyway .He's better off for our entertainment doing what he is doing. But financially he'd enjoy a WWE pay year or 3

For some reason, WUTV FOX 29 decided to air this weekend's episode in 4:3 with the ends cut off instead of its usual 16:9 format. This isn't the first time they've done this, but it's been a few months so I thought everything had been straightened out.

I recently watched episode 29 on Youtube. I can't believe the show looked better on HDnet. Even the annoucing was better. Wade Keller is blah.
Next time Cornette is on the LAW ask him how has he made ROH better. I know alot of things are out of his control but I wonder what is in his control. The product just seems to be down.

Maybe the ANX if they can stay healthy. Tomaso in a few years maybe. I wonder would they would consider a Jay Lethal. He can work and a good talker.
