I have also a question too.
I find it hard to plan a holiday around a wrestling event in Japan. If you want to buy tickets in a conveny you need to wait a couple of days to get the tickets to a Japanese address. However, if I want to come to see an event and I don`t want to come 2 weeks early just to make sure that I am getting the tickets in time.
Are there some vendors who assist with getting the tickets abroad or could store them for you?

But anyway, NJPW have been doing international e tickets for some events, and places like Backdrop have started providing a ticket service. We're back this weekend, drop us some more!

Hi Chris,
I wasn`t aware that you could just print them at a machine... I was in touch with the NJPW Customer Service and they have advised me about delivery times and such things. I haven`t thought about ticket machines as it was my first time in Japan. They haven`t mentioned any international e tickets.... maybe it was because I have asked about Invasion Attack and some smaller events afterwards...
Well, now I know it for the next stay in Japan. I appreciate your answer. Maybe we will see us during an event in 5 years or in the Ebrietas ;-)
btw... what is this Backdrop site? We have here in Ireland probable different shops with that name. Thanks

Are there any plans for New Japan World to have an English version of their site? Basically being able to view New Japan World without having to run the site through say Google translator. I enjoy the show keep up the good work...

Aren`t they planning this since it started? They get now for the big events English commentary and mostly big names. However, all these translation stuff costs serious money and this company is still making shows in small venues with having only a still camera... I reckon their priorities are currently on other things.

Just some questions for the next podcast.
1 With Jay white not being used as a replacement for the injured young bucks in the battle of the super juniors do you think NJPW views him more as a heavyweight and with that where do you see him being fitted in the next year assuming he doesn't go on a excursion .
2 I'm looking at attending the show that has NJPW talent being held in New Zealand in November. I just want to ask how long time wise the show itself may be assuming lengthwise it'll be the same as a NJPW house show which could you please let me know how long they usually go so I have an idea far as arranging my transport to the show here in November.
3 After Okada-Naito rematch at Dominion where do you see both going feud wise until the G1 assuming they are possibly the Wrestle Kingdom main event next year.

Hi guys, a few quick questions:
1) I'm flying into Japan June 18th. Specifically planning to be in Osaka June 19th for NJPW Dominion, but I don't know how to buy tickets as a non-Japanese speaking foreigner. It looks like there's some ticket machines in Japan, but is there no way I can get tickets online from Canada? I'm afraid it'll be sold out when I get there!
2) Are there any bars or other public venues to watch Money in the Bank in Osaka?
Thanks!

1. Am I the only one that notices American wrestlers grunting and making animalistic noises at a higher rate when they are in front of a Japanese crowd? If not, pay attention. It is annoying/funny.
2. Why didn't Ultimo ever sign with NJPW full-time back in the mid 90s? His star could have been much brighter if that happened.
3. How much WWE do you think NJPW wrestlers watch? I couldn't imagine Liger sitting down watching Dana Brooke and Charlotte angles each monday night.

1. What is the tanning process for Japanese wrestlers? Do they spray bronze on, before matches, like Americans? Or are tanning salons a big thing over there?
2. I think I know what is annoying about BUSHI. A. His "pose" is so weak looking. What message is that pose supposed to be sending? B. He seems like he reads a, "How to be a heel" book before every match. He ALWAYS chokes someone with the shirt. He ALWAYS blows the mist. He ALWAYS attacks after the match. He doesn't understand moderation at all.

RANDOM Questions
1. What are some family fun fall activities in Japan? Do people go to Pumpkin Patches? Apple Picking? Wine Tasting? What do you do OUTSIDE around this time of the year?
2. How does YOUR diets differ now that you are living in Japan vs. when you were living in your home countries?
3. Is chivalry more alive in Japan than it is in the West?
