March 1996- The Main Event was Shawn/Diesel VS Taker/Bret in MSG when Diesel double crossed HBK and the footage was shown on Raw the next night and used in their feud for Good Friends Better Enemies. This was when major angles actually took place on house shows and I was excited to have witnessed a significant moment at the age of 9. WWF @ New York City, NY - Madison Square Garden - March 17, 1996 (17,000; sell out; 14,824 paid) Aldo Montoya pinned Isaac Yankem DDS with a small package Justin Bradshaw pinned Avatar with the lariat Henry & Phinneas Godwinn defeated Skip & Zip Steve Austin defeated Barry Horowitz with the Million $ Dream WWF World Champion Bret Hart & Undertaker defeated Diesel & Shawn Michaels via disqualification when Diesel hit the Undertaker with a steel chair as Taker had Michaels set up for the tombstone; after the match, Diesel hit Hart with the chair before doing the same to his own tag team partner Hunter Hearst Helmsley pinned Duke Drose in a No DQ match following the Pedigree onto a trash can lid WWF IC Champion Goldust pinned Savio Vega in a No Count-Out match after using the title belt as a weapon Ahmed Johnson pinned the 1-2-3 Kid with the Pearl River Plunge Jake Roberts & Yokozuna (w/ George Steele) defeated Davey Boy Smith & Owen Hart following the DDT and a legdrop; during the match, Jim Cornette was handcuffed to Steele at ringside for the duration of the bout (Roberts' return to MSG after more than a 4 year absence)

My first live show was just last year when raw came to Newcastle, it was brilliant but next time I want to sit further back from the ring so I can see the entrance ramp. Where i was sitting I could only see the guys when they were in the ring

The first event I can recall attending live was the very first episode of RAW on January 11th, 1993. Here is the card courtesy of historyofwwe.com:
I remember being a cold night in New York City. Years later, I was unaware that I was shown walking towards the right of the screen during the main event. A good memory that would last a lifetime for me.

My first event was a house show at the former GM Place in Vancouver, the only thing I remember about it is Taka being on it and thinking that the ring area was overly MICed. Every railing bump (back when they had the grey steel guardrail) sounded like I was right next to it, even though I was way up in the rafters.
The first event I remember well was WWF In Your House: Rock Bottom again at GM Place. I attend this in the same year, during the house show they announced another house show later in the year I didn't go to but when I found out there'd be a PPV I went nuts and had to buy tickets over the phone at like 10am on a weekday, had to get a friends mom to do it for us.
As smartish fans (not in internet terms just general) the tickets said the show would start at 4, so we figured, that means it'll be 3 cuz of Sunday Night Heat, so we told my friends mom that she could pick us up outside at 7. Big mistake because we had to leave at 7 (since we had no cellphones to call her and tell her our mistake) so we missed the double main events of Corporate Rock vs. Mankind and Austin vs. Taker in a BURIED ALIVE match! Had to watch em months later on video.

My dad bought two tickets to go to the Raw house show in Birmingham, May 2004. I'd been watching wrestling for a year and was 9. Even though we live in Ireland, we bought tickets for the Birmingham show because the Dublin show was sold out. After buying the tickets, WWE announced a 2nd show in Dublin so we ended up wasting money on flight tickets and hotels in England. The card was:
1/2 of the Tag Team Champions Edge pinned Batista Rhyno & Lita defeated Tyson Tomko & Trish Stratus; the match started as Matt Hardy & Lita against Tomko & Trish but Kane came out and chokeslammed Hardy WWE Women’s Champions Victoria pinned Molly Holly Chris Jericho & Eugene (w/ William Regal) defeated Garrison Cade & Johnny Nitro Shawn Michaels pinned Ric Flair with the superkick WWE IC Champion Randy Orton defeated Shelton Benjamin in a best 2 out of 3 falls match; Benjamin pinned Orton in a matter of seconds but Eric Bischoff came out and said the match was 2/3 falls, Orton pinned Benjamin with the RKO, and Orton pinned Benjamin with his feet on the ropes for the final fall Rob Conway & Sylvan Grenier defeated the Hurricane & Rosey; after he match two fans dressed as Hurricane & Rosey were allowed to pose in the ring with them World heavyweight & 1/2 of the Tag Team Champions Chris Benoit defeated Triple H

The first WWE event I attended was Monday Night Raw on Aug 10, 2009. It was at the Saddledome in Calgary. I started watching WWE on Tuesday July 5, 2005. Results - Gail Kim defeated Beth Phoenix and Kelly Kelly and Alicia Fox Jack Swagger defeated Evan Bourne The Calgary Kid defeated Eugene The Big Show defeated WWE champion Randy Orton by intentional Countout Montel Vontavious Porter defeated “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters Legacy (Ted DiBiase Jr. & Cody Rhodes) defeated Mark Henry & Hornswoggle John Cena vs. Chris Jericho ended in a No Contest The second WWE event I went to was Smackdown taping on Aug 23, 2011. I was front row on Hard Camera for that Raw, Awesome experiance. Sorry your 2nd show was that Smackdown did you enjoy watching the 12 Sin Cara matches we were treated to?

RAW in Boston, sometime in 2000, during that period where the main event and upper midcard were extremely babyface-heavy...Rikishi had recently "did it for da Rock"; he, Kane, Angle and E&C were the only noteworthy heels at the time. Pretty good show that produced this classic promo...

Been watching wrestling since around 1995, when I was about 8. Always had something come up or was too late getting tickets, so my first event was tonight's RAW in London. Overall, enjoyed it. Crowd was awesome, the YES! chants were back with a vengeance.

For the Raw I went to, My Dad recorded that Raw and the next day, We saw ourselves in the audience. We sitting in the second or third row. I don't really remember the Smackdown, I do remember seeing Triple H & Bret Hart at the event. Ya Triple H and Bret Hart came out for the after show dark match, HHH came out introduced Bret and then they hugged and for some reason I thought seeing those 2 hugging was almost as shocking as seeing Bret and Shawn hug.
