Could CM Punk be dropping the title next week on RAW? With interference from Jericho to further that feud AND move it away from the title picture? They don't need a title involved. But Mark Henry could certainly use it.

I don't know. My guess is they are adding Henry to the match at Extreme Rules. I think they are going to want to keep Punk and Jericho going until Summerslam. Having Henry involved could be way to get the title off Punk and onto Jericho without hurting Punk's credibility at all. Personally though i would prefer Punk holding the title. I could see Jericho costing Henry the match on Monday because he wants to be the one to take the title from him.

the idea is plausible. if the title would be on henry, there would be no problem to job it over to lesnar somehow, without damaging stars like punk or jericho.

Punk made Jericho tap at mania. This feud is meaningless now. If they wanted the feud to last longer, then Jericho should have won at mania.

I agree with that. I get the feelling that Punk and Jericho are just treading water now. If they wanted to continue, Jericho should have won at Mania.
And I liked the whole straight edge vs drinking thing at first, but now it's just starting to repeat itself.
Their segments are starting to get as watered down as the Yankee beer he poured on Punk last night. What will it be next week? Ice Wine?
This feud suddenly needs a new infusion of storyline! But I don't think that Mark Henry should be part of the feud.
I see some sort of Stip match for Punk and Jericho at EX Rules, so hopefully that will end the program.

You guys have a logical point of view but I remember the Christian vs Orton feud too well to think that WWE won't book this one backwards as well.

My guess is Punk destroys Henry next week in a "If I can do this to Henry, imagine what I can do to you!" statement.

It would be interesting to see Punk actually consider turning on his straight edge lifestyle only to solidify his beliefs in process. Self-doubt can be an incredible angle.

I hope you guys are wrong about that just because Henry has more value moving forward than Jericho. IMO anyway especially with Jericho gone soon and his body turning into 90s Flair.

Punk will win next week, and drop the belt to Jericho at Extreme Rules. I cant tell if Henry is getting another push? Or if he is there to make Punk look stronger.
