Most people seem to believe that by the end of the year The Elite (Omega, the Young Bucks) will break away from the Bullet Club. So I'm just wondering how people see a couple things playing out.
1) How will the split happen? Will the Elite turn the Bullet Club? Will a new leader emerge and kick them out?
2) Will the Elite remain Omega and the Young Bucks or will they add more wrestlers? If they pick up more talent - who?
3) Once they leave, what happens to/with Bullet Club? Do they elevate someone like Hangman or possibly Fale to the leader of the group and into the mainevent picture (or at least IC?) Or do they add a wrestler(s) like Zack Sabre Jr, Davey Boy Smith Jr and Lance Archer from Suzuki Gun to bolster the Bullet Club? Or are there any gaijin wrestlers out there who would make good additions?

What's Scott Hall's kid doing?
And I guess Cody takes over the bullet club and the elite go all wolf pack and further dilute this faction into obscurity.

If you take the Elite out of the Bullet Club it's pretty meaningless in New Japan. It is clear that they put Cody into the Adam Cole role but I don't think of the Bullet Club when I think of Cody. The clear 2nd guy to me is Fale and he probably shouldn't be leading anything. I wouldn't be against Page getting more focus, the guy has a lot of upside and is just kind of forgotten in that massive group. I also like Marty but don't think you should go with him leading. Regardless I'm sure the Bucks will find a way to make even more money out of things.

Bullet Club isn't even the top faction anymore....better off splitting up or becoming stale and lame like the nWo in 98-99.

I have heard some people say that LIJ merch is more popular at New Japan shows than Bullet Club merch these days. No idea if that is true or not, but I have heard that from more than one people.
The Bullet Club without the Elite would make the NWO B team look like gold.

That's why something will need to happen when the Elite do split off. My first choice would be some of the RoH talent to go to NJPW full time, I just don't think thats going to happen. Dealing with just the talent in NJPW - I'd like see Zack Sabre jr and the KES leave Suzuki Gun and join the Bullet Club. Then have Suzuki Gun grab a couple of the Young Lions are ready and promote them into that stable.

That's probably because LIJ actually have very different styles to their merch while the Bullet Club has that same design that they just add to. They have the skull, it wears a bandana, it has a noose, it's in 8-bit etc. They rarely introduce a full new design. LIJ's stuff just looks better in my opinion.

LIJ is also tapping into a fustration that a lot of young japanese people feel right now. They are filling that role of cool heels that you like better then most of the good guys.

I honestly don't see The Elite leaving Bullet Club any time soon. The Elite are strengthened by their association with the Bullet Club. And the Bullet Club need The Elite to legitimize them. It's win-win as long as both brands stay strong.

Regardless of what happens, I wouldn't expect any dissolution of the Bullet Club. It is likelier to fade into a background allegiance that is periodically brought up, much like CHAOS is today, which, as far as I can tell, is utterly meaningless, beyond bringing some structure to undercard tag matches.

CHAOS lost a lot when Nakamura left. Okada is a huge part of New Japan but CHAOS always felt like Nakamura's group over Okada.
