Jim Ross and Nigel were the major reason I tuned into this show, and I like their chemistry already. Both should gel better the more they do these shows.
For the matches, I think Tyler Bates is great, and will only get better when he clues in about selling psychology.
Rest of the card was simply OK, some of the talent could benefit from the "less is more" philosophy and maybe the crowd would be more invested into the show by eliminating some of the chants and react to the story going on in the ring.
Honestly, I thought it was a disappointing show. Besides the British Strong Style trio and, to a lesser extent, Mark Haskins, it really feels like they're hurting for talented or unique wrestlers. Which is unsurprising given the World Of Sport deal.
I also have an issue with JR on commentary, he sounds like he's going through the motions to such a degree that his commentary sounds almost sarcastic at this point.
Lots of room for improvement from me... of course they could do that just by having Dunne and Bate headline every show.
