Who will be elevated by this time next year?

With WWE trying to elevate Jinder Mahal to levels we have never seen for him. Officially the #1 Contender to the WWE Championship, by this time next year, who else do you see being elevated by the company?

Here the natural candidates for both sides of the brands.

Raw:

Apollo Crews - Possible 2-3 time IC champion?
Braun Stroman - I guess at this rate he should be a 1 or 2 time WWE Universal Champion by then...
Cesaro - We've said it for years, but could they actually do it? Cesaro vs. Lesnar for the Universal title would be a physical clash.
Jeff Hardy - Not an elevation exactly, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the WWE Universal title picture by the end of the year from the tag team ranks.
Broken Matt Hardy - 2-3 IC Champion I can see by this time next year.
Samoa Joe - Will be at least a 1 time Universal champion by this time next year.
Dana Brooke - Whether you like it or not, it seems like the company likes her. She will at least have one Raw title run.

Smackdown:

Aiden English - Pushed to spite Simon Gotch and they actually find a gimmick that catches on.
Baron Corbin - Will be a WWE Champion in the next 12 months.
Big E - The one I'm expecting to turn heel when New Day Explodes!
Jinder Mahal - They will continue to try, he will probably get a U.S. title run and do the foreigner with your american title gimmick. Think Kevin Owens....
Kofi Kingston - Elevated back to the upper mid card. Hell, I'd actually want to see an Orton/Kingston feud again after 8 years. Kofi would be ready this time.
Rusev - Elevated back to where he was in 2015. Will be a WWE Title contender feuding with Orton. Won't win the title though, but will cement his status as upper mid card.

You seriously think they will elevate English? I've seen him once do the signing routine, and while he's entertaining he certainly isn't above mid card style for me.
Baron is far from ready though he is coming along, he's a big guy thats a plus for him, Vinnie likes his men big... (no sexual innuendo intended)
Kingston is going nowhere, injured right now not sure when he's coming back but I just don't see him elevating beyond what he had, a good run as a freebird style tag team. Don't see him going anywhere else.

I think Tye Dillinger will be elevated past what he was. He might get hot and with no glass ceiling on Smackdown he could compete for the main title. And by glass ceiling i mean Reigns. God i fucking hate that guy.

You can hate people you don't know personally. I don't think most people know Hitler Stalin or Sidney Crosby very well but they are still entitled to hate them. You don't have to like or tolerate everything in life.

I heard Stalin was poised to face Ed 'Strangler" Lewis back in the day, but was scrapped because he thought Lewis was going to shoot on him. Ruined his push.
