If we all agree that Ellsworth has jumped the shark, then why are any of us complaining about his title shot being so close and lost the only guy who had his back?
I'm more crabby over the lazy explanation mainly because I think I made a better one during the finish.
Acting like this isn't cousin Todd shit from Brady bunch.

I'm more crabby over the lazy explanation mainly because I think I made a better one during the finish. Acting like this isn't cousin Todd shit from Brady bunch. First of all, I'm thrilled to finally get to put my degree in Television to use and point out that it was Cousin Oliver on the Brady Bunch, not Todd. And now, in true Internet nerd fashion, I'm about to comment on something that I've heard about but haven't seen yet... I think the Ellsworth finish makes WWE sense, in that at least he didn't straight-up align with the guy that tried to hospitalize him four days ago (see: everybody to join the nWo ever). But I agree that Tuesday needs to be it for Ellsworth in the main event scene, but I have this terrifying image in my head of him standing over The Miz with the IC strap in hand sometime next month. Give him his spot in the Rumble where he eliminates a garbage heel to clear the ring and then Strowman comes in next. And then Braun buries him and goes on a run of eliminations until Goldberg's number comes up and he tosses him.
