This one crept up on me even more than the other brand-split PPVs, but here we go. My picks are below.
AJ Styles d. Dean Ambrose: Ellsworth costs Ambrose the match, either intentionally or accidentally, then jumps over a shark on a pair of waterskis.
Alexa Bliss d. Becky Lynch: Last night's Smackdown set up a win for Alexa that won't hurt Becky at all, so that's what happens in order to keep this program going.
Miz d. Dolph Ziggler: Pretty please. And then no more rematches.
Carmella d. Nikki Bella: Interference from Natalya so Nikki can move on to a more interesting (though just as inconsequential) feud.
Kalisto d. Baron Corbin: I initially thought Corbin, but I didn't pick a single babyface winner, so I figure this is the one that can be flipped with zero consequence.
The Wyatt Family d. Heath Slater and Rhyno: Obviously there's a Harper/Orton thing coming, but I still think putting the belts on Randy and Bray is the move for right now. Harper can cost them the titles down the road to jumpstart whatever they've got brewing.
Admittedly, not really going out on a limb anywhere here, but this all makes sense to me. To be honest, the only shocker for me would be if they took the belt off of Styles. Everything else is in play - logical or not - as far as I'm concerned.

Yup... enthusiasm for this show is right about where I thought.
Even if you're just a WWE and NXT follower (which I am due to access/time/financial restrictions to keeping up with other promotions), TLC wasn't "the next thing" until Thursday morning. Having missed Smackdown on Tuesday night, I didn't even realize it was the go-home show until I looked up the results on Wednesday morning. And I'm pretty sure I'm not watching TLC until Monday. To be honest, I still haven't seen the first half of Survivor Series.

This really feels way too soon for another PPV. Granted a lot of these matches do have months of story but that doesn't feel too important. AJ vs. Dean should feel like a massive blow off but it feels like just another match in their series.

A.J styles, just to try and move on to bigger things like Undertaker.
Alexa Bliss, as she's come along great as a spiteful heel, though I'm wondering if they won't do a screwy finish like both through a table
Miz and then really no idea where or what Ziggler heads next, same with Miz
Corbin over Kalisto, probably via a big spot to try and get Corbin over as a monster.
Carmella, though can see this continuing or leading to the next contender
Wyatt/Orton to finally give Bray an actual title/belt/championship and then hopefully they can build up the tag titles more as a feature

I really have no interest in this show whatsoever. The feuds already feel overdone, which is a problem as I can't really see any other programs they could do that would capture my interest. Even AJ v Taker doesn't appeal, and where would Ambrose go next? Time to bring Cesaro and Zayn over to blue, maybe with an NXT callup or two (Joe and Dillinger maybe?).

Styles to retain, Bliss to win the title (she has improved 10 times more in the 5 months on the main roster than she did in the previous 2 years in NXT), Miz to retain, Bella to win (this one is my token face win), Corbin to win, and Orton and Wyatt to win the titles.

Ellsworth needs to stop being paired with Ambrose.....that albatross is holding down the only over Smackdown guy.

I think the whole Ellsworth thing jumped the shark a while ago. He really shouldn't be beating AJ so often no matter how it's done, especially when Dean then goes on to lose to AJ in matches. I'm also thinking in the long term you're not getting much from Ellsworth, at best he'll be Barry Harrowitz 2.0

if Ellsworth hadn't jumped the shark before, he certainly did tonight.
And I don't want to toot my own horn, but toot toot

Looks like the dudes gonna be written off and used for different things....Ellsworth will be fine.
People act like our online opinions reflect the general audience.
Casual fans don't watch each and every show like we do, Ellsworth matches have been the highest ratings of Smackdown....that's just a fact.
Last bug match, then more than likely relegated to santino shit.

Thinking that either Orton or Jericho wins the Royal Rumble match. Orton-Wyatt family plays into the Royal Rumble match "Strength In Numbers" line they push every year. When the Rumble match is down to final five is where Randy Orton turns on the Wyatt's to eliminate them, and wins goes on to win the Royal Rumble match.
So the story is Orton joined the Wyatt family in order to use the Wyatt's to win the Royal Rumble match leading to Orton vs Styles as WrestleMania 33 Main Event. Bray can beat Orton on February SmackDown PPV (ala Triple H-Austin 2001) positioning him as the number 1 Contender Post-WrestleMania 33.

Did anyone else groan when Dean mentioned Dusty early in the show and you knew we were going to get a "Dusty" finish in his match?

Damn, flipped the wrong meaningless match in my picks to account for a babyface getting a win. Haven't watched yet, but looking forward to Miz/Dolph and (at least 90 percent of) the main event.
