This screams for a Jason Agnew heel turn and TNA title win.

Just read an article that they were dropped from Challenge due to declining ratings and that they are struggling to find another UK partner. They were apparently in talks with Premier Sports (a very minor league subscription sports channel) but they fell down as Premier didn't like the way they handled their exits from Spike and Destination America.
So basically they are unlikely to get a UK deal due to their reputation in regards to previous business dealings. Premier is a considerable drop down from Challenge, which wasn't even that big a channel to begin with, the only thing in their favour was that it's free to air, which Premier isn't. I couldn't see TNA being a reason on it's own for anyone to subscribe to it in any case.
If this isn't an indicator that the game is up then I really don't know what else is.

TNA were also blaming the fact that the show airs in the U.K. too long after the US airing, and people don't watch due to spoilers being out there. Trust me, that's not it.
