I'm having trouble buying into this Primo and Epico angle knowing that Puerto Rico is about to default on its debt. The same thing happened when Lana was trumpeting the greatness of Russia at the same time the Ruble was crashing. Apparently, Vince doesn't read the Wall St. Journal. Obviously they are trying to bolster tourism by making PR look better than our homes. Classy Vince helping out the downtrodden.

They're promoting the fact that Pueerto Rico has hot chicks. That's it.

Gearing finishers/submissions towards the hard-camera. 9 times outta 10 the need for the epic shot gives away the match is about done, and the awkward turning bit makes it look all the more dodgier.

I have never understood the sling shot into the corner. Looks so fake. Last night at Payback the sling shot that Jericho gave to Ambrose off the announce table to the time keeps area looked horrible. Ban this ridiculously dumb move WWE.

I haven't seen it for a long time but I uses to hate it when people were using power drivers as a Transition move on a regular basis, your dropping the guy directly on his his head for fuck sake I don't think you can get much more "finishing" then that.

Distraction finishes. I am so sick of seeing dumb idiots staring at people on the other side of the building for no reason, whenever it happens i just give up and wait if they kick out of the inevitable rollup (vince wants me to buy this guys t-shirt) or not (vince couldnt be bothered to waste five seconds to decide between these two geeks). when viewers get thoughts like that during a wrestling show, the writing failed on a fundamental level. By now it happens so often that i never want to see a distraction finish ever again.

When I was fully invested in Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owen's and stopped thinking about Enzo Amore's injury, Cole reminded me of it with an injury update mid-match. KO was just throwing Sami into steel steps. Took me right out of the match.

Last time something serious happened they told you the guy was dead in mid show but made sure to promote the big main event... like anybody cared at that point.

Can anyone tell me why they still have monitors on the announce desk?
It's just completely non-kayfabe to have the guys take them out before smashing their opponent through the table. Like, "right, fuck it, I've had enough so I'm gonna DDT you through the announce table. But I'd better just remove those monitors first, they look dangerous"
Now, I completely get the need to remove them, but sure better to not have them there in the first place? No?
I get the announcers probably get replays through them, but surely the 'monkeys in the truck' could relay whatever needs to be seen? Or they could come up with some other system, like a tablet that the announcer takes with them when they run away from the table in fear?
Every time I see the wrestlers taking the monitors out it takes me out of the match.

I understand why they remove the monitors, they might not care about their opponent but they don't want to hurt themselves when doing the move on the table so that's why they remove them. As for the announcers needing them, they need it more for calling the action when it's in a spot they can't see the guys clearly. Like backstage or the opposite side of the ring.

Announcers never watch the ring, just like all sports.

Thanks for your replies.
I never thought of the wanting not to injure themselves thing. That's all I needed - a reason to suspend my disbelief.
Thanks for taking the time to respond

Another one that annoys me is when, in a tag match, the one guy making the hot tag unnecessarily leaps to tag in mid air, even though there was no need to do so.
Ugh!
