Just heard about this Wrestlecrate thing.
wrestlecrate.com
One of those mail subscription things where you get a box delivered to your house each month with random stuff in it. Anyone subscribe to it? Is it worth it?

So, this a way for them to save money taking things to the dump? Checked it out.... :/

I agree with Gee Hall. Having looked at it, it looks pretty bad. Especially for that price.

Not a subscriber, but I checked it out, let's see "Not every crate has a t-shirt" we'll send you "elite" action if you pay 30$ for a crate, it'll have a video, overall value of the crate I'd estimate at around MAYBE 15$, so you're charging us 30, or if you want XXL (&up!) shirts, pay 32$... PLUS in Canada (or pretty much anywhere outside of the US) pay 17$ SHIPPING!
Nah, overpriced would pass in a heartbeat. there is no justification for charing almost 3 times the shipping for Canadian shipping, International maybe, not Canadian!

All these crate subscriptions I see on Youtube and Sharktank are garbage. Why would you buy some crate full of mystery junk? Back when Columbia House was a thing I didn't even like the random CD they'd mail me for $18 a month.

I remember getting flooded with those "10 CD's for a penny" campaigns. Memories. You know you are a child of the 90's when.

I'm a huge fan of lootcrate, and a huge fan of wrestling, so it was a no brainer for me.
After 2 months, I'm not longer a subscriber. I got the "elite" subscription, and felt the value was barely worth what I paid...so I'd rather spend that $37 a month (including shipping) on items that I pick out.
Full disclosure...I still love my lootcrate...

Yanno, at Christmas, when there's folk who feel obliged to buy you something? Even though they have only vaguest notion of what you're into? Yeah? These crate things seem like that, except you're money down and now have a room full of tibits.

I can tell its a new month when 50% of the Youtuber's I subscribe to open their lootcrate.
Gerard is right its a gift thing. Like wine or cheese of the month.
