So I am curious, what is everyone's opinion on female wrestling fans? Or do you all think that every female that is a wrestling fan is an Automatic John Cena fan, well I for one am not a fan of John Cena, though I do respect what he has done for the company and before you all get all pissy about how he needs to turn heel or some shit. That one will not happen ever because he is the number 1 selling draw in the company do you honestly think that if the could of, they wouldn't of turned him heel already and if you are wondering who I am a fan of, well I only have one word for you: RUN!!!! Yes I am a Bray Wyatt fan. So back to my original question, does the male population of wrestling fan think that we women do or don't have a place in the wrestling world?

To each their own, I wish my wife would watch wrestling with me in a more involved fashion but she isn't a big fan, Women wrestling fans come in two flavors, "the body watchers" and the more serious kind, some gals just like the eye candy, some admire good wrestling. As for Cena "never" turning heel? Never say NEVER in wrestling.

For the most part I think fans are diverse enough that it's kind of silly to assume that "every" fan in a certain demographic follows the broader trends in regards to who they root for.
While there are plenty of little kids and women love Cena, there are also little kids and women who don't. So on an so forth.
I also haven't ever met a male wrestling fan (message board gimmicks don't count) who thinks women don't have a place in the wrestling world, and that would be a strange perspective to have considering the well-documented history of women in the business both in and out of the ring.

As a kid I always liked Trish because Canada. AJ in 2012 also won me over. But my love for women's wrestling was rekindled when Emma did her 1st entrance with the quirky music. I envisioned Emma/Paige as a rivalry that would carry the division for the next gen. I see the same today in Sasha/Charlotte. Women have a place in my WWE. They should semi main event every WrestleMania.

I have no opinion, the more fans the merrier, the sexier the better, it just means business is doing good to have pretty women following something, it means it's popular.
I don't like generalizing unless they start showing of the stereotypes of the typical IWC neckbeard who think they are entitled and act like their opinion is the only one that matters and anyone who differs mean they are trolls or company sycophants.

My daughter is a wrestling fan. Her favourite is Daniel Bryan (because he has an "awesome beard") and Dolph Ziggler (not sure why). She absolutely LOVES AJ Lee as well!

I know are far few girls who really like wrestling and they're exactly the same as any other wrestling fan I know. At the end of the day if you like wrestling that's what matter really.

My wife and I watched mania live at a bar in London, she loved it, as did I. Out of 500 people, I'd say 20% were female.

I just think female wrestling fans tend to be like male wrestling fans. The real difference in wrestling fans comes when you start factoring in their ages. Then you can see more of a difference!

Doesn't matter to me. It's great when something isn't a total sausage-fest and whatever said girl isn't pretending to be a fan just because some muscle guy on TV makes her wet. Being a fan of something on TV isn't gender specific and anyone that thinks so is a moron creating an issue from nothing. With that being said however, while growing up, it was always the girls saying wrestling was a thing for boys (and kind of looked down upon) and whenever my family would watch wrestling, it was always us guys watching while the girls would say "meh, whatever" and go to another part of the house.
