What are some good wrestling documentaries?
Obviously Beyond the Mat, Wrestling with Shadows, and Wrestling Road Diaries, but what are some others?
I'm also looking for a documentary that I saw on tv a long time ago (I'd say 6-8 years ago). It was a one hour show documentary on the Manitoba Death Tour. Does anyone know the name of it or where I could find it? (online or on dvd)

Here's one I watched last week on YouTube about Indy wrestling. It primarily follows Danny Inferno (a former WWE developmental talent that is trying to make his way back up to the WWE) and Shiima Xion (now TNA's Zima Ion) as they build for their tryout match with ROH. A smaller story within the show follows an Indy promotion called Nation Wrestling Superstars. Doc is about 45 minutes long and it aired on the National Geographic Channel last fall. Here is it in full length...

Lets see....Memphis Heat, Lipstick and Dynamite, the WCCW not produced by the WWE was informative as could be, Bret/Shawn simply because nothing like that has ever existed before and its a situation only wrestling could create.

You can find a lot on Youtube. I'm watching CNN's Death Grip Doc. It's really sad and the guy doing it, obviously doesn't know anything about wrestling. Again, just really, really, really sad.

I'd like to say another thing. Watch Backyard Wrestling doc's. It'll give you a lot of insight and some jaw-dropping.

I just finished Memphis Heat last night (which caused me to create this thread)
While there was nothing wrong with it, it didn't blow me away either.

As smokingdragon said aboved, the WCCW doc Heroes of World Class is top notch. Way more informative then the WWE doc.

On a side note, anyone else wish someone would release a Death of WCW DVD to counter the WWE release? Something similar to the Heroes of World Class and Forever Hardcore DVD.

I've very interested in seeing The Booker, Card Subject to Change, The Hard Way In, and Wrestling for Jesus.

It would be great if someone would tell the actual WCW story, not the WWE version of it. I also wish the same would happen with the AWA, since that is my favorite territory and the WWE version of events was bullshit. I loved Card Subject to Change and Heroes of World Class.

I saw a few on Netflix. That GLOW documentary was good. It had a theme. The Moolah documentary I think it was is just dull and dry. Pointless. Like a true documentary.
