It's the best night of the year! Now what do we chant? Post your best ideas below using the format. THE CHANT | WHO ITS FOR | ACTION (optional) | YOU'RE NOT READY | Roman Reigns | Clap Clap, Clap Clap Clap |
Be A Star | Weapon user | none | Scripted Promo | Opening Segment | Clap Clap, Clap Clap Clap |

- Chanting actual move names during matches, like "CLOTHESLINE!" or "REST SPOT! REST SPOT! REST SPOT!". - "BE A STAR!" if a chair gets used against a heel.

The best chants are the ones that come about organically.
Pre-planning chants before a show is on the level of that idiotic Chicago RAW "manifesto".

Totally agree on pre-planning chants is lame, it's what ruins anything that was a cool novelty. Ruined "Woos", "What?" "Twooooo!" and "This Is Awesome".

The crowd cares far too much about getting itself over. Its WWE own fault though for acknowledging it and the commentators popping for themselves when the crowd chants for them.

Can't believe this is being looked down on. Thought this would be a good thread. Didn't know there were negative feelings towards the crowd after WrestleMania I always thought since WM 28 they've made for the best nights of the year, no exaggeration. Sure they were putting themselves over during that Orton/Sheamus match but for god's sake it was an Orton/Sheamus match. They made it watchable

It was "cool" the first couple of times it happened now it's more often and not just people trying to show they are "cool" like the crowds that did it before them.

That Jersey post-Wrestlemania 29 crowd was so polarizing in hindsight.
I loved it but I completely understand if some find it annoying that every crowd since has basically tried to imitate them.

Again, I agree with you, I enjoyed them very much but the fact that they were so openly acknowledged by the announcers lead to every subsequent crowd basically trying to copy them instead of just being original.
