Did Jon Stewart just legit kick Seth Rollins in the balls and botched Orton's run in? LOL

To your point, it MIGHT have seemed he did it too early but the follow up backstage promo/segment between Rollins and Orton indicated to me everything went as planned

Jon did jump the gun on the kick, and originally missed his follow up club to the back, but no worries. Except, I think he accidentally delivered a legit low blow to Seth Rollins.
I felt the spoken portion was fine. It was enjoyable/entertaining for its purpose. At least you could tell Stewart has respect and actually wanted to be there, unlike some celebrity guests that have appeared in the past.
(Psst... "LIKE" Jon Stewart or WWE will bring back Kathie Lee/Hoda or that Three Stooges cast again.)

I like Will Sasso in wrestling shows, he can face Bret Hart anytime.
I think Jon Stewart was the best celebrity involvement in the past 5 years, he wasn't involved in a one/off match, he progressed an angle while not being involved or a major focus on the angle and he put over Rollins' entire heel arc. Was good TV even if he jumped the gun on the ballshot.

As John and Wai said on Review a RAW, you can tell Jon Stewart is a fan. It makes a huge different when the celeb is an obvious fan. Look at past examples like Shad and Mark Cuban. Makes such a huge difference.

(Of course, it didn't help when the audience was audibly booing them.)

If anything I think his going to the back may have been off as that seemed to be a bit off.

Yes you can clearly see him nod his head in acknowledgment when he gets the signal llol great segment though we can all agree

Jon Stewart is the only celeb I've heard talk about wrestling in years. He was the only late night host I liked. Steven Colbert can sit on a hot iron.

I enjoyed this segment! I think its easy to nit pick, but when wrestling is finally get some exposure and a celebrity is well used, its really wonderful to see! I think one of the reasons (of many) that wrestling isn't as popular with people above the age of 15 publicly is because of the lack of exposure people have to it these days vs. the late 90's when everyone was watching.
