I'm intrigued to know at what value WWE rounds up figures too. For example if that figure is only 695,000 are they rounding up to 700,000? It would have to be pretty close, within 5,000-10-000 at the most. Since they're a public company if the fudged the numbers too much they could be in a lot of trouble for material misrepresentations... what is "material" is somewhat subjective, but I'd imagine they have a pretty good idea of what material is according to their auditor.

the big news here I think is the 130,000 that cancelled their subscriptions. THe plan was that this wasn't suppose to be possible with the 6 month commitment. I had heard that some people got it cancelled, but I figured that would be a few thousand at most. Not 130,000!!!!!!! Those 130,000 would assumably be a combined total of people who put in credit card #s that expired midway through the 6 month trial, and also any non-U.S. accounts they discovered and shut down.

Now I've heard the breakdown of the Rogers deal it doesn't sound so bad, at first I thought it was just the streaming channel and PPVs separately which didn't sound too great but now it sounds as if the On Demand service will be available too, that sounds like a better deal.
Still intrigued as to what us Brits will be getting come October.

On one of the F4W/Observer podcasts following the conference call noted that the cancelled subscriptions, for the most part, did not include non-US accounts which WWE shut down themselves. A hilarious side note is that apparently, a whole lot of non-US subscribers had been using WWE's corporate HQ address/number to create accounts LOL.

also heard that there is a way to sign up for month to month right now. you just have to click two boxes or something where you agree to terms or something like that. The content is great by all accounts, but there is still a lot of work that the WWE needs to do on the network. Stop letting 10 people share an account would be a good one to start with.

Reported my card stolen 3 months ago. WWE tells me every month that I need to update my payment information. I still have access and I can view the network even though they can't bill me. Looking at my credit card bill, they haven't billed me for 3 months.
Month to month will be disastrous. Why sign up in July with a shitty PPV when you can sign up next month for Summerslam and watch the July PPV and then Summerslam. People would do this for a few months even.
I can't believe 10 people are sharing an account. Maybe when PPVs were $60 you'd gather at someone's house. I for one am happy that I don't have to pay $60 and risking my kid accidentally deleting the PPV if I work that Sunday.
A few guys from my work that still watch wrestling have no interest in the network. Even if I were to suggest they can have my account, no one wants to get involved with technology enough to watch it. No one wants to go through the hassle even if its just a PS3 app or phone app.
