I hope its true because it might make everyone break their back to get the rock on tv more. I know personally the only 2 ppvs i've spent money on in the last 5 years was survivor series and wm28, the rock is a huge draw for fans like me i guess.

1.3 million PPV buys is perfect. People in the WWE must be very happy. Considering they did a 3.0 rating, hopefully Vince won't be too worried about the ratings and rather concentrate on providing quality product.

Earlier in the week they said that there was like 600-700k north american buys, so thats what the 3.0 translates itself into really. If thats true it just shows you how global the WWE is if its pulling in more buys from abroad than in its own country.

This just goes to show that the entire Nielsen Ratings System is severely flawed.

1.3 million buys is great but even I thought after the go home show on the Raw before Mania that they would be lucky to do 1 million buy rates considering on how bad Raw was that night which that was the Raw where they should have hyped the 3 main events big but instead we got to much of the GM match build and a good stare down between Rock and Cena. Personally Rock and Cena should have shoved each other and try to come to blows before it was broken up.

1.3 Million buys is a great number good for the WWE, I saw on Twitter that this is the 5th most purchased PPV event of all time which is pretty awesome. Good job WWE and it goes to show that they can sell a lot of buys on that Wrestlemania name alone now.

Is this 1.3 million buys worldwide? Did a quick google news search and it appears that is the worldwide buy rate.
