I think Dixie Carter's inability to manage the financial house of TNA is killing TNA. I do think Bischoff and Hogan are hurting the product, but I can see how TNA could be afraid that by losing its star power it might be overtaken by ROH.

Whatever about the effect Bisch has backstage (and I assume he knows how to promote the company) he is a dead weight on tv. Yeah, he can cut a promo but he is playing the same character that he has for the past 18 years - he adds nothing and is an authority figure without authority. Keep him offscreen and back stage.
Hogan is an odd one. He still gets a reaction and I'm sure for the nostalgic fan he is a draw. But I think that TNA would be better off without him. Building your show around an old guy si surely the same mistake that so many territories did before they got wiped out by Vince. He might work well as an authority figure. But when I see Hogan I dont think of a vibrant fresh TV show - I think "holy crap, is that guy still going"
Just on the point of Hogan bringing Hardy and RVD in, I would classify both of these guys as the biggest wastes TNA have had. They havent had one good match or feud. Hell, even kennedy had a great match with Angle at Lockdown. These two guys are probably costing a lot more than they bring in. They havent elevated anyone else and they put so little effort into what they do.
Heyman said it best - TNA should have a few good veterans but build the rest of the promotion around hungry up and comers. For the veterans I'd keep Bully Ray, Angle and Jarrett, certainly Sting & Flair feel more at home in TNA than Hogan & Bisch. If Hardy drops the stupid Creatures of the Night gimmick and agrees to be more in line with the Hardy that set WWE on fire (thats nearly 3 years ago) than maybe keep him but RVD isnt worth anything - thought he was gone anyway.
