just wanted to say, that wwe make a big deal concerning their "wellness policy". they forbid the job-specific drugs wrestlers used over the last years. steroids, painkillers, ... don't know how this stuff is called overseas in the us, but i think "suscribable drugs" is the correct term.
in contrast they present wrestlers like ryback aka. skip sheffield (ryan reeves). in my opinion he's not looking like a drug-free athlete. he reminds me of guys like goldberg, scott steiner, lex luger, ... concerning his muscles.

I'm really digging him and the unique style for his jobber matches. I like how the jobbers get a chance to speak before being trounced by a genetic beast. I hope they have enough patience to build him for a year or more on an undefeated streak. Crimson's will pale in comparison... Oh wait, it already does.

Seems clear there is some new thing going around that isn't being tested. Even Tyson Kidd looks jacked.

i really abominate that kind of wrestlers. in my mind it's not right to advertise/make pr with the companies "wellness policy" on the one hand, and on the other hand you present ryback, mason ryan, ezekiel jackson ... athletes like that.
in wrestling i want to see trained athletes and not a bunch of "steroid bulls".
shame on you mr. mcmahon ...

i never thought this topic would get so many remarks. i suppose it shows the character can be a hit, if booked right. wouldnt surprise me if they fed him to orton in a couple of months time

If he's going to make any sort of progress he's going to need a manager.

There's two point that I think is making this relatively successful- no speech, short matches. That's how RAWR guys should be booked, especially if they don't have much of a personality. I like the use of jobbers, there's something old-school about it. But what bothers me is how many guys on the roster who could have filled this spot easily are just dead weight now.
