I'm gonna miss the worst of show tonight so here are my worst of picks and some reasons behind them.
Worst Wrestler (male): The Miz. This one was easy. Not since X-Pac has someone had the go away heat one Mike Mizanin has unleashed on wrestling fans around the globe. bad in ring, diabolical on the mic, and MizTV may be the worst interview segment on TV since the Barbershop.
Worst Wrester (female): Oksana. This would've been Kelly Kelly, but I sparred her cause she had the brains to leave the business. Oksana on the other hand is the most useless woman "wrestler" in the business.
Worst Tag Team: Any two Aces and Eights members. Aces and Eights may be the least intimidating group in Wrestling history. They need to utilize their time to improve their in-ring capability instead of wasting it trying to act all manly.
Worst on The Mic: The Miz. Everytime this guy opens his mouth, I wanna change the channel. The segment he did with Rhodes and Sandow was the worst promo of the year.
Worst announcer: Taz. Mike Tenay and Todd Keneley make a good combination in the booth. But that's sadly ruined everytime Taz opens his mouth. He makes Michael Cole sound like Gordon Solie in comparison.
Worst non-wrestling performer: Clare Lynch. Like Christopher Daniels said on Impact this week "No one wants that".
Worst Gimmick: Abraham Washington with a live mic. Yapping during the match wasn't helping the Primetime Players. Trying to motivate them with a Kobe Bryant rape joke definately didn't help either.
Worst Match of the year: Ryback vs. Tensai (Raw supershow). It was as painful to watch as it was for Matt Bloom to compete in it.
Worst Feud of The year: John Cena/Zack Ryder vs. Kane. Ryder had a ton of momentum going into 2012 having won the US title and becoming one of the most popular characters in the company. Enter Kane, John Cena, Eve Torres and one of the most stupid, slaptick comedy feuds with Ryder being embarresed and crippled week after week. it definately sucked to be zack ryder in 2012.
They really dropped the ball on: Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus at Mania. Bryan was one of the most over performers in WWE. Unfortunately for him, he became a victim of Vince McMahon's texas sized ego. There was no excuse to book him to drop the title in 30 seconds at your biggest show. furthermore, Sheamus went on to have one of the most forgetable title runs in company history.
Worst Angle: Aces and Eights. Just what we needed in pro wrestling. NWO 8.0. Or was it 9.0? Earth to Bischoff and Hogan. If people didn't want a rehash of this angle the last 30 times you did it, what makes this one any different?
Worst PPV (wrestling): WWE Over The Limit. How do you follow a 25 minute CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan on a ppv? By putting a 90 second TV squash match following it. At least that's what the WWE thinks.
Worst PPV (mma): UFC 149. Did I seriously just waste 300 dollars to go see a bar league MMA card at the 'Dome?
Worst Promotion: WWE. Your streak as worst promotion is over TNA. Other than Aces and Eights and Clare Lynch, 2012 was a rather strong year for TNA. WWE on the other hand wasn't. From bad gimmicks (Tensai, Brodus Clay) to bad decisions (3-hour Raws, jobbing Bryan in seconds) to just plain WTF (AW's Kobe rape joke), nothing seemed to go right for the Fed.
Worst TV show: WWE RAW. Because expanding to 3 hours did wonders for WCW Nitro.
Worst Book: Don't read
Worst DVD: Brock Lesner Here Comes The Pain. This reminded me of the Simpsons episode where they re-package Malibu Stacey with a new hat. This is the exact same DVD from years ago. Only Brock's comeback is the "new hat".
Worst Mixed Martial Artist: Jon Jones. This pick is not for his fighting ability, but for turning down a fight with Chael Sonnen which led to the cancelation of UFC 151.
Worst MMA fight: Brunson vs. Leben from last night. It just simply bored me to death.
WTF moment of the year: Nick Diaz get's a Welterweight title shot over Johny Hendricks. This is the classic what about scenario. Johny Hendrick's year consisted of knocking out Martin Kampmann and John Fitch (one year ago tonight) in seconds. Nick Diaz spent majority of the year suspended. When did the UFC start rewarding failure?

WORST DVD: Brock Lesnar (Should've included his UFC fights (I know wishful thinking) and gotten rid of the documentary which did not age well)

WORST WRESTLER (Male) - Mr. Anderson, just is not connecting at all.
WORST WRESTLER (Female) - Aksana, needs more time.
WORST TAG TEAM - Epico and Primo. They are great but they not utilized properly so they look like a joke.
WORST ON THE MIC - Mr. Anderson, not evolution on the mic.
WORST ANNOUNCER - Taz, just gave up on job a long time ago.
WORST NON-WRESTLING PERFORMER - The Executive coach for A.J. Lee.
WORST GIMMICK - Lord Tensai, he was sabotaged from the jump.
WORST MATCH OF THE YEAR - Matt Morgan vs. Crimson
WORST FEUD OF THE YEAR - Aces and Eights vs. TNA, no direction or reason for it.

WORST WRESTLER (Male): John Cena, he is getting into that area of annoyance that only Triple H and a few others have annoyed me because of how long they stay on top without being able to bring it
WORST WRESTLER (Female): Aksana, I have some theories on how she stays with WWE (Put your mind in the gutter)
WORST ON THE MIC: Rory McDonald, a robot speaks better than him
WORST ANNOUNCER: Jon Anik, is one of those guys who was already with the company he works with and they just said "Here, you do this".
WORST NON-WRESTLING PERFORMER: Brooke Hogan, seriously, would she even be considered for wrestling stuff if she wasn't the Hulkster's daughter
WORST GIMMICK: The Funkasaurus, considering what could be done with Brodus Clay, this a tremendous waste
WORST MATCH OF THE YEAR: Shameus vs Daniel Bryan at WM, seriously, best wrestler and you bary him in 17 seconds
WORST FEUD OF THE YEAR: Anything that included John Laurinaitis, he sucks that bad and I was only willing to use his name once
THEY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON: Brock Lesnar, he is a big name and they have pretty much had to use Paul Heyman for any Lesnar angle
WORST PAY-PER-VIEW (Wrestling): Victory Road, I got to watch it tonight for free and I wanted a refund
WORST PAY-PER-VIEW (MMA):UFC 149, just further proof that other than the Dungeon that everything in Calgary sucks.
WORST PROMOTION: WWE, with the talent they have, I am surprised that guys haven't gone to TNA or ROH due to lack of common sense by management
WORST TV SHOW: Live season of TUF, could not get into it
WORST MIXED MARTIAL ARTIST: Colton Smith, he may have won TUF, but he wore on me quick and he has nothing outside wrestling and has no finishing ability
WORST MMA FIGHT: Boetsch vs Lombard from UFC 149, seriously, the cure to insomnia
WTF MOMENT OF THE YEAR: UFC 151 being cancelled
